Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly. I had questions about changing a reservation. He guided me through the canceling procedure online and rebooked my room for the changed date. He was very sweet and the whole process was very efficient.

Called for a Marriott reservation for the French Quarter Fest. The hotel was full. Jason was able to find us very reasonable alternative and took care of all the details.

Cesar was able to change my reservation dates with no charge. At one point we were disconnected and he promptly called me back. I really appreciate this customer service.

My experience was terrible and a well learned lesson. I booked a room for $122.00. I agreed so I gave my credit card information. That's when the price went up to $212.00. Being a 66 year old senior that's too much for my budget. So I cancelled and was charged to cancel all within a 30 minutes period. I Love my stays with all the Holiday Inn Express. Had I known you were taking $50 of my dollars I wouldn't have cancelled.
Reservation was quick and easy. Representative was attentive, fast and easy to communicate.

Dave did a wonderful job however I thought for sure there would be a better deal if booking out three months ahead and also having a loved one incarcerated at the prison there would have been better rates but there's not and that makes me very sad hence the reason for my low Stars

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
