The young man who helped me with my booking was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He took care of all of my requirements.

My husband will be having surgery at Emory. Angelica was most helpful, caring. We plan to make a reservation when we go for pre-op. We appreciate her help with our questions.

Edgar did a great job helping me to make a reservation for my nieces wedding. At first, he had the wrong hotel, but when he listed off the address, we figured it out, and he was able to quickly change to the correct hotel in Ohio. He was very helpful.

Tomas was professional and proficient and represented Holiday inn very well! My experience with Tomas was very good but I can't fully enjoy that experience due to having to insert time and effort into this review, it is late at night, i have only one eye and the fact that i have to input 100 characters in order to give Tomas positive review is very annoying!

We were driving from Phoenix Az to Santa Fe NM on a quick unplanned trip. We planned to spend the night in Albuquerque. To our dismay there were no vacancies at all the hotels I called. Thankfully I was able to connect with Carlos Fabian and he was so helpful. Truly appreciated his assistance and he found us a place to stay the night.

Jorge was VERY helpful in getting me the room that I needed at a nearby hotel for a nice price. The original hotel I wanted did not have any more rooms with two beds so he quickly found a hotel close by that did.

Easy to make a reservation. I asked for a room on the first floor & that seemed easy to arrange. However the automated review process demands 100 characters so that's annoying.

I'm a case manager and I was in a situation where I needed to get somebody housed safely. The lady I worked with knew what she was doing. She got us booked in and we finally had a time that my client can now rest. At the hotel, the housekeeping staff was awesome and helpful, and the young man at the front desk was the best. It was a great team effort.
