I called this morning to book a last-minute room and Ebony helped me on the phone. She was pleasant efficient and made the transaction very smooth I enjoyed interacting with her. I look forward to the rest of the staff being just as wonderful as she is.
Called reservations to see if they had any openings. They said yes they did and they had the two beds that we wanted. I drove there to go look at the room and the manager told me they had been sold out of the entire hotel for a few hours. Not very good customer service when I was trying to make the reservation

The representative I spoke to did a wonderful job she helped me out and was very patient and if she didn't help me wouldn't we wouldn't have a room so thank you
Ezequiel was easy to understand, courteous and helpful. However, I specifically requested adjoining rooms, as we are traveling with grandchildren, and was assured that we would have them. When we arrived for checkin at 9:45 we were told that no adjoining rooms are available and we were given rooms across the hall. I was told that there was no indication on the reservation that adjoining rooms were requested. This is an inexcusable oversight and overshadows any positive recommendation I could make about this hotel.
