I made a reservation this morning for two rooms at Hampton inn and Suites, 3950 Lyman Drive, Hilliard, OH for two night stay, Nov 26 anD Nov 27. I did not receive email confirming these reservations. Alice Kalush, *******962, *******@hotmail.com. Your staff person did not give me the reservation numbers.
Excellent! Person was sympathetic to fact that we're coming in we're coming in for a funeral. Very helpful with rates and rooms

Jeric was very helpful checking on the reservation I thought I had made online. When he found no reservation and asked me to check my email and text I found no confirmation he made the reservation for me. He was great to work with!

I expressed multiple times I was booking with the option to cancel without charg so I could clear this option with travel friends. 20 minutes went to cancel and was told the $3K+ reservation was non-refundable. I asked to speak to the hotel and the agent said they can only try the hotel twice before sending in a ticket that can take upto 24 hours for someone to get back to me. I called the number on the Gaylord's site thinking this was a legit booking agent. Only to be scammed by Vladimir. I have turned this over to the fraud department with my credit card company.

Great service, not like last week when I tried to book room at internet price and they kept increasing prices because not available be. Raul was great, explained well and I even got a gift certificate, glad he's working in reservations

I was persuaded by an Hotel Planner agent to book my reservation with him because, if I found a better rate I could just call and cancel at anytime. I proceeded then to specifically ask what the cancellation policy was and he said "24 hours before arrival". I then proceeded to give Mr Oscar Muriel my credit card information. AFTER he received my information, he sent me an email confirmation stating "non refundable reservation". That is terrible company ethics. I have called Hotel Planner customer service and they don't offer much reassurance at all, except that my issue will be escalated. I am terribly disappointed.

After my flight was delayed 4 times and then cancelled. I called the number for Westin. I talked to the rep and she told me rooms at the Westin were around $450. I told her to expensive. She told me she had a Hampton, a sister company for $250. Still expensive, but my girlfriend and I were in dire straights so we booked. Got settled in the Hampton and ask for a place to eat dinner. We were referred to a Hilton Garden Inn next door for a restaurant at their venue just for curiosity I went to the front desk and asked if rooms were available and how much. The response was yes'at $179. Why was I not offered the hotel and room. Sounds like a deliberate attempt to deceive.

Adalberto Did a great job cancelling my hotel reservation with no charge to my visa. The original booking agent did not disclose the current prices of the hotel room and $20 insurance policy to cancel. This was very poor. Adalberto was able to correct the issue and give me great customer service.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
