We found the place we wanted and booked it. The hotel fees shown it was $25 a night. When checking out of the hotel the fees were significantly more! I complained for a fee refund and never got anyone to help me out. I will never book again thru this site.
The check in was a breeze and the property was exactly as described. Fantastic rate, too. I will definitely search Hoteling first next time I travel, especially if I am going to Mexico.

I haven't stayed at our booked accommodation yet, but the booking process was easy, website was easy to use and their price was the best. It is non refundable so keep that in mind, but that's why you get the cheap price!

Easy to reach from airport. Orange waterbus stop only 5 mins away. Staff very helpful and friendly could not do any more. Whole hotel lovely and clean. Room really nice. Breakfast good selection. Location is a bit on the outskirts so as described but you get to see parts of Venice you might not otherwise get to. Would stay again and would recommend

Outstanding... doorman took charge and already knew our room number. Bellman took us to the front desk, 2 seconds to check in, great recommendation for dinner & then to our room. A quick review of special features and we were off to dinner! We love the hotel and service! Even better at 5am getting checked in for our flight and efficient handling of our luggage!

It's good the web, jut the description of the information of hotel is not very clear. And then the resort fee is not correct amount.

However, let me explain that we always provide with all the information we receive from the hotels and I'm sorry you haven't found it clear enough. Also, resort fee is only estimated cost - it depend on local authorities and may change. Unfortunately we have no influence in that.

I booked our hotel room using Trivago. I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out we had a $35 fee from Spain for the booking. After reading reviews of hoteling.com, I became even more nervous. However, everything turned out very well. We were very pleased with the hotel, the room, and especially the price. We saved a lot even with the $35 fee. We had a great experience.

I booked an all inclusive resort in January for February for my girlfriend's birthday got an email confirmation and we arrived at the resort and they had no reservations for us. I was shocked and embarrassed to go thru what we went through. It took them 2.5hrs to get a replacement accommodation. Definitely not happy and they charged me more than originally paid for. Never again

My family and I did not even get to stay at the hotel we booked, and paid mind for mind you, through your company because YOUR card was declined! We then had to drive an extra 5 hours to our destination that was unplanned.

One thing I did not like was when payment for the hotel was deducted from my charge card, I could not receive my hotel reservation number; not until a manual response from the hotel, accepting my reservation was given.
If I had called and made hotel reservation, I would have received my reservation number upon payment.

I'm truly sorry for this situation. Please be assured that we are doing our best to confirm reservation straight away, however sometimes it can take longer- up to 72 hours. I've contacted with our Finance Department and I've been advised that two days after you've booked with us you've disputed payment with your bank. Unfortunately, our hands are tied in this situation, you need to close dispute and then we will be able to confirm your reservation or refund you. Once again, I'm really sorry for all inconveniences you've faced and I hope it will be sorted out quickly. Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
