I have lost clients because of issues with your servers getting blocked for spam, I've had problems with your new billing software, I requested and was told I would get all of my old billing statements and have not yet received them, and many many other issues.
Since you changed everything I really hate being with Hostgator now, I have been with you for over 16 years and over the last year or so you have gone downhill and I will be moving to a different hosting company. I have 4 different reseller accounts and have referred well over a 1000 people for hosting and domains. I absolutely hate your new system and just not worth listing it all out for you since you no longer care about loyal customers so I won't waste anymore of my time. I already have on multiple occassions calling in and through chat support.

Cost and support, until your Support team accused us of being idiots and treated us like children. No feedback on Sales because they never reached out after several attempts to contact them. We have moved hosting providers and auto-renew is off.

Very complicated new customer portal. I complained 10s of times that i cannot recognize which of mine account is going to expire coz i dont see my primary domain inside customer portal. It is uselss to submit complaints or feedbacks and its also useless to take surveys and opinions from HG as no one address the issues.
I opened my Hostgator account several years ago when navigating your platform was easy. It's now longer an easy platform to navigate. Renewing my domains has been a nightmare.

I specifically signed up with protection of my private identity included. I am now receiving a prompt that my identity is not protected. I reach out Ben Schmidgall and received no response. Things are not working properly as they use to with our email and we cannot log directly into email account, it make it difficult to access and respond. We do not know why it stopped working or how to fix it.
