I have been trying to get my website SSL fixed that was issued through HostGator and every time I've called I've either been disconnected or placed on eternal holds just to be told that they will need to have a manager look at the problem because it is beyond the rep. On the phone, ability to handle the issue. So then they never got back to me until my 5th successful not disconnected call I finally got a manager to reply via email and his email contained instructions on how to fix the issue! Lol are you kidding me why just fix it and write me what you did to fix it instead of how i can DIY the issue. Its just sad i regret ever switching to HostGator I have lost tons of business and am very displeased that they careless about their customers ability to use their product which is paid for in advanced for the year and a top tier plan at that.
Your services are weak, you do not listen to your customers, you do not meet expectations for a high quality hosting solution, we will be discontinuing our collaboration with you at the end of our current contract!
