Someone chose it for me, and I trusted them. They no longer help me.

Changing features offered without notice, and continual price raising without adding actual value.

HostGator is my first choice due to Reliability and price. Please STOP upselling your privacy protection on the splash screen. It looks like a cheap trap, and reduces my perception of trust.

Gator appears to have reduced the help staff, increased wait times, making it painful to resolve issues. The staff are great and pit in extra effort.
I feel that the overall package is not as good as it was.
Great to see proactive customer feedback being checked.

The chat message us box is persistent and doesn't collapse or go away. It's very annoying and obstructs my view of the dashboard. This has been going on for some time.

I've been here since 2008. I was with Register.com who were horrible. You guys were nice. However, now it's much more expensive, and I need to shop around. I'm trying to get someone to help me stay, but it's hard talking to a bot. They don't understand exactly what I'm asking.

Tech support sucks. They don't let you talk to the people that are actually handling your case so it is a game of "telephone" where the person you talk to on the phone just relays the wrong information to the people who are working on your case. I had my case "closed" three times because they thought they had resolved the issue when they had not even come close to resolving the issue.

Yes I ask you to upgrade the php version to be 8+ before 2 month ago and still 7.4

You low life $#*!s made a page to show the privacy update bs, and it doesn't even $#*!ing say which domain it is for... Bad bad bad experience support going down not like before (last time 2-3 hours our support will contact you) its joke. Other said we r not a security company. It's your servers you must protect it Gator, i thinking to move to another provider.

You guys suck everytime, im not sure why im to lazy to movie all my domains to another company.
