Good Customer Service and Prices, but some of the backend is hard to use and I've had downtime due to server issues on my sites.
If I'm being snarky, I'd say, "Good question!" lol. Seriously, shared hosting used to be unlimited. Now that Business Hosting is limited to only three add-on domains, we will be switching to a new provider. You guys changed the rules, not me.

The new version is not easy to manage like older one. Some time it show wrong price at checkout. This is missed up as I see.
Make sure to turn off auto renewal or ALL the HostGator hosting products. No transparency whatsoever. It goes from $2.75/month to $10 after the introductory period, a five fold increase. As a base comparison, get everything in a bundle with Hostinger and the renewal price is upfront, while HostGator nickles and dines everything single bit. You have been warned.
Please stop trying to sell me other websites before allowing me to continue on to my existing website. Surely if I say no 10 times, that's enough.
I am an existing customer. I needed some help (which I got) but I can't continue what I was doing because I can't find a way to get rid of the message us screen that is blocking everything else.
At first i didnt know what hosting company i wanted to choose then i came accross hostgator. Coplicated at first but as soon as i got the hang of it it actually is one of the best hosting companies out there. I like how extended they are and how it works along aside with many other website coompanies, etc... Thank you Hostgator

Three tries with an easy change - primary URL - and HostGator still can't make my new URL the primary. I am at a lost and I guess need to find another host.

Customer service is very, very poor. Extremely long wait times and with how difficult your tools are to use, the poor customer service makes this a real waste of money. Your service is for folks with expert skills in web development. Not regular folks like my mom and me. If your customer service were better, it may have worked. I hope you guys can do better.
The Interface was perfect and I could find everything. You decided to change the interface for improvement reasons. Now I cannot find everything right away. Because of this interface change you did, I now have to look for another hosting company. What you could have done is to have both interfaces and allow the customers to choose between the old and the new one.
After update portal looks terrible. The offering for privacy is annoying also.
My server and wordpress has been very glitchy with the new updates that have been happening. Also at the start of the year my data got deleted due to me being locked out of my account and it was never resolved.
I went from having about 5 sites to now only being allowed 1 domain name. Pretty much overnight. That doesnt seem fair to me.
