Any given day would be a five star, but not today. It's been a painful three agonizing days.

Payment Keep on failing. Worst Customer Service. Will soon move out of hostgator.

Its a pain to renew. Every time it is the same problem. And Customer support is ZERO

I've been with HostGator for over 10 years but the large price increase, with its relatively short notice, has made me decide to leave.

You took away all the services for me to do things myself. You removed a lot of tools for me to navigate.

The user interface is not friendly, everything is confusing and difficult to find. The service was increased with no notification.

The installation of Wordpress is taking much longer than it should. Even after receiving 'help' via chat, the situation is not resolved

Found it on youtube, I build a lot of websites and I have experienced a lot of minor annoyances

The better price and it was highly rated. However, I am considering moving to another hosting service due to the difficulty to do anything on this platform since the redesign. I am willing to pay more to be able to actually DO something that I want/need.

The changes to the portal is not the way to go. I'd like to know how you arrived at these changes. Why would you make something so confusing and hard for people when it should be super easy.

It is really annoying not to have a backup payment method like you used to have

I have tried to transfer my domain out of host gator but they never sent me the code to do it.

Accidently paid twice - Hostgator would not give refund, nor extend terms. Leaving

Verification calls don't seem to always come through and I can't log in unless I use my key.

I was a long standing client in my last business. This experience has been and remains horrible. The company must have changed hands, certainly leadership. It is confounding the total lack of service and competence that support gives. Up to and including illegal and predatory practices. It truly shocks the conscience.

Previous provider all of the sudden sucked. After many years of great service started having problems and customer service turned to complete $#*!.

Did an on-line search and HostGator was highly recommended by whatever search I did. And, so far so good. Everything has been as it should be.

For the overall good service, but price when renewing could be better.
