The new site design is terrible. Before, I used to find things really easy. But now it's gotten complicated for no reason. It might be simple and easy for the one who designed the site, but not for the user, I'm afraid.
I have been told multiple things by multiple people regarding the transfer of our domain name to hostgator from domain.com. I am very frustrated that you all are not on the same page when it comes to customer service and am considering taking my business elsewhere.

I chose host gator 11 years ago and you're revamping up. Your website for billing is quite confusing now it used to be some what intuitive. Your pricing is going up significantly and so I see the same hair as being made by a host gator that a majority of the companies out there make. I'm sure due to revenue growth requirements for your investors Is what's driving the price increases and diminished customer service. I think you might want to take a stronger. Look at what brought you to this point in time where you are successful. When I first joined you wear a start up it's far as I knew. Having been a customer of years for 12 years, there are times where I think about switching service to another upstart who might have better pricing and better customer service. For someone who is trying to manage multiple logons/domains, the billing is terrible. Emailed receipts offer no information as to what it's for, and the 'renewal center' doesn't tell you much. It takes so much of my day trying to decipher these things. I can't imagine this is accidental because it's so bad it has to be intentional to create confusion.
