I was in the market for a new host because my old host had become unreliable and problematic for emails. HostGator was comparable in price and features and was represented by good reports of reliability. Other than a few bits of confusion during my transition to HostGator, things have been good. Email reliability has been great.
Email cannot send mail with attachments, cannot connect to chat and when i do its just going through the motions without resolution.
Every time I needed help from the HostGator team, they were there for me, This is the most important thing when I am looking for a service provider.
