I've been a hostgator customer for more than 10 years, I always recommended you guys because I consider you had a great services at a great cost. Also your hosting packages were flexible enough. Lately with the changes you've made to the customer portal and the changes on your plans, I feel I get a worse service at a bigger cost. I'm starting to move all my packages to Inmotion Hosting

I chose hostgator years ago and now you have gone down hill with customer service.

We have just upgraded to VPS and after two migration attempts the websites are missing ten days worth of data (memory) and are running so slow that we can hardly open a page

I am trying to get a partial refund for cancelling a 3-year Hatchling plan 2 months into the contract. I am not getting a response, your Terms of Service link to a non-existent Cancellation Form.

Upselling something once or twice is fine. But I dont need scare tactics every time I login.

Host Gator is a horrible buggy service, the website is often down, and their site is so buggy I can't even renew my service, and the customer support is non-responsive. I would never recommend Host Gator to anyone.

I was promised a refund and it is more than a month and nothing happned and no one is giving me any explanation.

I was in the market for a new host because my old host had become unreliable and problematic for emails. HostGator was comparable in price and features and was represented by good reports of reliability. Other than a few bits of confusion during my transition to HostGator, things have been good. Email reliability has been great.

Email cannot send mail with attachments, cannot connect to chat and when i do its just going through the motions without resolution.

Every time I needed help from the HostGator team, they were there for me, This is the most important thing when I am looking for a service provider.

You use to be a great company, you ruined my entire operation and now Im going to someone else; no solutions from your team, your security sucks, I will never come back or recommend your service ever again

For hosting my wordpress site,affordable and easy to use
