I havent had a single issue with Host Gator serive. I am using trheir services for over 10 years now.

Your employee was very polite and tried to be helpful. He said he was going to send me an email including the receipts that I needed. He did not do that. He never sent anything as a follow up. I rated him based on expecting him to follow through. I gave him a five star rating in every way but he actually never produced what he said he would. I was able based on the information he gave me to eventually provide myself with the info.

Overall, Hostgator have been dependable and the tech desk has been helpful when I've had an issue I couldn't resolve

Great for conference calls and always works without fail.

After I type in my domain name, it usually takes about, on average, 8 to 20 seconds for my website to load up on my computer screen. It is much slower than I had expected. Right now, it is just me building the site, so it not a big problem. But later when I go public and get more visitors from the internet, I do not know what will happen. This has always been a concern (worry) to me.

The PHP need to be updated for my site. I called the help desk and they updated everything. They were very curious and helpful.
