I get an error every time I try to open bowmano.com. Under websites it still has an address of gator4229.temp.comain (and on it goes). I transferred this from godaddy weeks ago. I realize I might be doing something wrong also

I always get great customer service when I call. The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because I shouldn't have to call every three months to get someone to renew my certificates so that my website works--this should happen automatically. This is an issue that needs to be fixed.

My sites were suspended for a few days because of delayed payment. Now my sites won't load (or take forever to load) and all of my WordPress sites were wiped out (due to a faulty plugin?). Your offered WordPress recovery tools are useless. My WP sites were killed for "electioon year" security reasons? Prove otherwise... We read the news concerning censorship and it is very disturbing to know that...
Our account got hacked, all our emails got lost and no solution so far
Because my previous provider tried to quadruple what I paid for the first four years. Don't do that and you'll earn your last two stars pretty easily.
I cannot understand the support staff most of the time. I have to ask them to repeat what they said several times.
Have been a customer for 20 years, but I am disappointed how malware infection is handled these days. Never had a problem, yet my server is inundated, and I cannot get any help to solve it.

Price. I am not happy with the constant ads upon logging in. As a user - I want to be send DIRECTLY to the file manager so I can actually work on my website, not thorugh 4 or 5 different folders to access it. Please make this a better experience.

The worst customer service - hours on chat they said they fixed it nothing has been fixed
It's been awhile so I don't remember the details. I was having some issues with several items, but why didn't you contact me earlier for input.
You have real people to talk to not just do a chat online with someone.
I thought they would offer a good service. They have not.
