Spam-free hosting. My IP keeps getting listed in the spam directories because you continue to host spammers.
Spent 2 months trying to port a web site over...it's been a disaster and we paid the extra fees. Can't get emails to work ether.
Worst hosting service I've ever dealt with. Customer and tech support is HORRIBLE! They don't listen to what your actual issues are and they take off on their own tangents pretending to fix things that weren't broken to begin with. The server itself was AWFUL. There were so many broken and failing functions on our server that it nearly brought our business to it's knees. And your support team failed over and over to remedy these issues. If I could give you a negative rating, I would.
The person I spoke with was very helpful and guided me through the options for our web hosting.
Our clients are not happy because we experience occasional vps server outages every day for a few minutes.
