I can't remember at this point. Areadispatch.com going down has been the second website to go down without any interaction from me. That means someone else did it. Freedomperception.com had its database corrupted without me doing anything. I am optimistic with this latest incident and recoverability of the site from what's going on with it now, but freedomperception.com has not been recoverable. If you know of a way that I could do it with the backups, I would definitely appreciate you helping to recover the product of my hard work. I'd also like to get Area dispatch.com back online. Thanks.

We having continued problems with the email system. Every couple of months our emails start going to spam. Your system should be updated automatically to prevent your customers emails being treated as spam rather than having to contact you every couple of months.
Your customer service is poor. Attempting contact and was left on hold listening to a recording for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up
Seems like every time I get off a phone call with support... nothing is truly resolved (though I believe while on the call it is being solved). I hope that changes thanks
Trying to resolve a billing issue, there have been three attempts to fix via customer support, and as of now it is still not resolved.
Always have problems sending out emails, got undelivered message or delay all the time! Please improve!
I have recommended to Clients the Hostgator Service and it's family of hosting services. I find them stable for the most part but had a bad experience for one of my client on the VPS plan last year that it destroyed my business with them. I still have clients on hostgator but I am now wary as elevating to higher support for that last experience made me really wary.
I also had episode this year where I cant access my hosting panel to renew my products and almost got my services expired. So thus the one-star deduction since I have been with hostgator for years and 2023 and early 2024 was a bad experience and exemption for me.

Web builder is excellent for my purposes, however, ease of use of all other aspects of HG that I have experienced is sometimes extremely frustrating.
My site is down every other day and when chat with the representative, they say it is A Record something. Additionally, my SSL for webmial is not working. It is mail.myumasecurity.com it says it is unsecure where I paid for it. The client service I chat today did not helped and disconnected me and I was really pissed off of his responses.
