No problems with my experience. The site has been working well.

I can´t configure the Google Workspace in 2 domain that y have paid, and I can´t write you by chat cause not found when I Try open in the help page.

Your fees and pushing of additional services that lock people in, is unacceptable.

I'm trying to get to my account billing, and I get a full screen offer for a product I don't want. The continue button is actually a purchase button, and the option to continue without purchasing is in small print underneath. A client portal needs to provide the client with quick access to the information they need, not trick them into buying your products.

Prefer the older version and also I don't like being tricked into clicking on add privacy!

You are not willing to take my money for hosting services and I have to move my sites to other hosting provider :(

HostGator should hire a professional and technical knowledge support agent so can fix our issues

As a web developer, I've had a working relationship with HostGator for about 8 years. They are truly awesome to work with. Support is amazing.

Still have not received the refund for the Site Lock you all cancelled with them that I am paying for. Still have the prior issue on my site. Customer service is atrocious and I have actively been recommending GoDaddy to the ten people this month I've helped with sites rather than you as I previously have.

Assumed value. Did not turn out to be worth it. Slow website. Trying to build the web page was not intuitive.

Chat service is ok and solving problem...maybe faster.

Site keeps taking too long to respond, times out, says try again later, and then I run out of retries. I know the ID and password.
