I've been with HostGator since 2015 or earlier, can't remember exactly. HostGator always served me well for my domain and website needs. However, it seems this has changed with the new UI. It is not transparent. For example, I can no longer see all of my invoices, old and new. I do not have a clear understanding of which domains are private protected or have other issues. Every time I log into HostGator it shows "Your website isn't protected with Privacy Protection" - BUT IT DOESN'T STATE WHICH DOMAIN IT IS! If HostGator would put that in the message, then may be I'd correct the issue. But I have no idea if HostGator is just trying to get more money out of me or what. I've really become disappointed with this new UI. I hope HostGator will correct the lack of transparency to the customer, give us back our invoice history and post meaningful messages with details about which domain needs attention. Thank!

The plan is now way too expensive. I used to pay $11 a month for the baby plan. It is now over $20. With exchange rates, that is even more. I am now in the process of transferring to a different web host.
Only problems i have with you in past months. I will not recommend you anymore to anybody. I am considering moving all my website to another hosting provider wich treats the clients with dedication and involving in problems not squeeze money on the clients who already are paying the bills.
My website was pointed elsewhere and put up for auction. Neither wordpress, hostgator or the criminals from godaddy were of any help. I have cancelled my Hostgator account as it is of absolutely no use to me and I have been paying them for nothing for six months now.
