For the plan what can be upgraded long time ago, i am your customer for 10 years now.

After your new website update the message us menu is always up and I can't function properly

After upgradation the billing poral is really pathetic. Not user friendly, many bugs. It was ok before the upgradation. First time seeing an upgraded thing is looks worst than the old one...

Great price for an all-purpose plan (since I didn't know what I wanted yet).

I'd been with GoDaddy for a several years, but the plan I was on did not offer IMAP email and only offered POP3. So I switched.

I don't like the changes. Also, there was an increase to my bill that I was not made aware of from 17.95 to 27.+. That's a huge increase and I'm looking elsewhere for hosting.

User Portal used to be really easy to use, This new interface lost all my inovice history, literally +10 years of history. Invoices were a breeze to download before, now i all i get is an html woth all inoices in one document. Feels like a step back

Had to move email domain and had to pick someone and did not approve of GoDaddy's advertising or on line attitude. Not happy about consolidation but had to go with someone I thought would be reliable.

Because you changed how we log in. Now on my phone, I have to use 6 different screens to finally get to the screen I want.

You have hidden the cPanel options. I can only choose cPanel Email, then I need to navigate to the rest of cPanel. Come on!

It's been a troubling experience trying to renew my plan. I've spent numerous hours on the phone and via email to get this straightened out. And just when I thought it was solved, I have to reach out again to solve the same exact issue.
