I like the on line service guy. It's a pretty quick response. I left my request and when I came back, my website was come into life again. Thank you guys. Such professional.

So far, it's been a good service, but we're coming up for renewal and we'll see how things go. Overall, Hostgator has come through in spite of some bad experiences from colleagues of mine.

Hostgator is a good value reliable internet service provider. I have had very few performance issues and outages in the 3 years I have been using their services, Thank you.

Everything was so easy setting up and building the website with Wordpress was easy also. Unfortunately I did the site for an organization that doesn't use it much and will not be renewing the domain name or the hosting space.

Great experience and solution based and easy working platform

I have discovered on three occasions while being with HostGator that my site has gone off-line... it is only when I go to look at it that I discover this. It was due to some security certificate issue.

HostGator is good but unfortunate of increasing product prices without prior notices.
