Redevelop the speed of replies for customers so that problem resolution can be done faster

The tech didn't seem to understand how to resolve my issue; it eventually resolved on its own.

If I send someone the link to my company through an email or a text, they can click on it and get to the site however, if someone types my domain in the URL search box, it will not reach my site. How do I fix this?

Several times I find it difficult to manage my sites since you constantly are updating your portal.

Good, easy to understand and to update you can find every info that you want or that is related with your web page in YouTube or in your help support

I have very good experience in their 24/7 support. The customer service personnel has been kind and patient with me.

Mostly good. Domain transfer was more challenging than expected, and I could not do several steps.

Generaly speaking it is good. However the continuous update of SSL certificate after the website is not visible any more, and when I am reassured by the help line that this problem is fixed permantly, caused me in the past a lot of frustration

So far so good. I suggest having a get started.page for new accounts on how to setup email, database, etc.

I've used HostGator in the past for domains and hosting packages. I've been on other similar service sites in the past few years as well. Came back to HostGator to a company I am more familiar with and can count on their support and their hosting package prices are very fair.
