Hello, can you guys stop changing the login page so that safari can enter the password automatically? It's a pain in the butt to got to keychain and copy paste password. If you guys could keep the login page simple it would be nice.
I have been with HostGator for several years and the customer service has gone from spectacular to challenging. I now cringe when I need help. I get different answers about what is possible from different agents. I don't like the chatbot at all - it's just a waste of my time. It was more efficient and effective to just immediately connect me to an agent who could help. My SSL certificates keep not working for some back-end reason. The web-designer sometimes won't save and I have to log in on a new page, start over, and copy and paste the work I did - there are just a host of problems I never experienced before that I have been experiencing since HostGator decided to change the way customers are served. If it doesn't improve I will have to find a different host.
Many calls regarding an issue with my account and I'm still waiting a return from your team...it's been a week.
Customer service has been ignoring me when I ask about the new pricing and plan. It also took a week and a half to finally get someone to get change my name servers
I had good experiences but now the whole setup changed and I am having issues finding my way through the new setup of the page. And having issues with my email accounts too
The new renewal center is pretty bad, I miss the pending invoices section and the new websites section is confusing, you should return to the hosting plans listing

Support team do not follow through on requests. They don't read the case notes to understand the background and follow the script of apologizing but not actually moving the case forward. I've had to make contact 20+ times and requests are not processed. Frustrating experience. A case owner should be assigned and they should follow up with the customer until the case is complete.
I Like Hostgator yes. I came here a few years back because of the uptime and support. Some times the support is a complete miss and waste of time, other moments its perfect. I'm not a fan of the new design specificaly the login as it doesn't recognize the passwords and I have to look for the password every time... but thats minor... And I don't understand when a support agent says they have escalated your case but you don't ever hear anything, and have to come back a few times... minor fixes that need to be done but I still choose hostgator at the moment as my preferred server
For 3 years no issues but since December 2023 the domain and our emails are down and still no solution given, only promises.
I am appalled at the lack of customer service from a reputable company like Hostgator. The absence of communication and the continued disruption to my services are inexcusable. I have diligently followed up on my case, only to be met with empty promises and no concrete resolution.
