CS does not understand the problems at hand, you get to explain yourself 5 times and even that might not be enough, one person says the other thing and other person says something different, and both of them are wrong and not knowing what the other one has said... You should really read your FB wall and take from that..
It's been a month now with no resolution. I have no access to my cPanel, my domain has disappeared and no one is able to fix it. After 4 contacts with customer service with escalation every time, there is still no resolution and no follow up! Disappointed!
Remove the 2FA supplier whoever they are, their service unreliable, one time sent me the same code 5 times on the same day and your system rejected all of them. The rest is fine, adequate.

I didn't choose them originally. My girlfriend did and had no clue what she was doing so I got dragged into being her admin. I ended up liking host gator. Portal pages are kind of dated and there is a lack of documentation for most things but I'm fine with that. The one thing I absolutely hate is the temporary account that is generated automatically. When we originally started with Host gator, it was not like that. The root for your service was the login username. Now My account is tied to some stupid name I will never remember. Customer service says nothing they can do. Talked to at least a dozen CS agents. Still have temp account as ROOT.
For it's reasonable pricing and good support. Quality of support and knowledge of support staff has decreased noticeably as of late.
The last few times I've connected with support has been a poor experience. Most recently, the chat window couldn't be removed so I couldn't even see the right side of my dashboard.

After this new updates from hostgator my hosting plans became very slow and I lose many essential features that my business relies on
