Your admin support, specially on created tickets handling and response from your end is not good. Mr. Chevon or something like this kind of name persons is very rude in chat session
There is an ongoing problem with my Reseller account. My account is periodically blacklisted and it is not anything at my end. It is all happening in the Host Gator server. I am unable to access my websites, my email accounts, and general cPanel or WHM access. My clients are frustrated when they cannot get their mail and their websites are unavailable. I call nearly every week, and often the support assistant will escalate my issue. At some point it is resolved and my service is restored. But it happens again in a week or two. No one tells me what the problem is about except to say there are too many login attempts so the black list protection goes into effect. I am not generating those login attempts and I have asked my clients not to keep trying to login. My ISP NEVER blacklists my account. I have checked the multiple attempts and they are to accounts I don't even host. I would love to stay with HostGator because when your service works it is the best. I have contacted Bluehost, but found out they are a sister company, and they don't have reseller accounts. I need a real person to address this issue. Everytime I call, it takes up to one hour of my time to go through all your protocols. PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT. My next acts will be to broadcast my displeasure of the lack of customer support to social media or anywhere I can dispute HostGator as a top provider.

Our website has gone down twice in the last 2-3 months due to a system glitch and our account was not correct or updated in the portal. This is so scary, and not much was done by way of customer service to reassure me this wouldn't happen again.

Even though I log in when I order new domains it has put them each under different account names. Ugg! Why why why don't you consolidate them under one? I have so many I can't keep track of each different payment method, and billing address. I've been trying to get rid of incorrect billing addresses for 5 years. Ugg

Chat support is a bit uncomfortable, support is requested asking about the price of an SSL certificate and they ask me to identify myself, when I am already logged in and only need the price of the certificate, and on other occasions simple things that do not request changing passwords, modifications to accounts, just simple yes or no questions.
My site looks fine. Getting support is difficult and often i find the answers on google after may failed attempts by your support team. The web editor is missing important functionality related to basic SEO needs.
Hostgator used to be super affordable and really functional for me with very effective support. The recent price increase, when I use this account for basically nothing, is ridiculous. I talked to support and was offered a discount, but the discount was never applied to the account. You guys used to be great but now you're just meh.

I had hostgator for a few years, but just recently the support has been not good. I believe since you guys offer new services developing websites you do not provide support for self host clients like myself. One of the reason why I had you as hosting company was for the great customer service and support with issues on the actual website contents. Now I need to pay extra for web developing and hosting services without support, which in essence there are faster hosting companies who offer better deals with the limited support you guys offer now. It is a big disappointment, I know you guys have to make money but for people like me who was using your service for self develop websites now i have to look for other options.
