I had an account over 18 years with Hostgator. For new account (Baby Plan) cheaper than old customer and also have Cloundflare CDN (Confirm by Sales Department) but for my Baby Plan, your support said Cloundflare CDN not available on my account and not available in the hostgator. But your website page still shows Cloundflare CDN available for Baby Plan and Business Plan for long. I'm very upset.

My Domain doesn't work called and chatted online still no help
They sell all the services separately to you thats why during the checkout you will know that you have to pay more than even other host companies to them. I bought a 1 month plan to testing out is it worth it or not but after wasting I day figuring out why I am not able to restore website from Cpanel they told me I have to pay 50$ extra to activate this feature, such a scam, so if you provide Cpanel what does it mean that it does not have restoration or backup feature? Thats why I asked for refund and they said while we announce on our website that we provide 30 days refund but because you selected a 1 month plan you are not eligible for the refund. They are like scammers be away from HostGator.
The new interface gives me a head ache because everytime is asking me to do something that I refuse to do
I had heard your hosting was affordable but good. I am on shared hosting and you are running php7.4. That keeps me from installing an updated version of the software I need. Php is over 3 years old and the server still doesn't support it. That is unacceptable.
Extremely slow and have had so many problems already
I'm trying to access the cPanel, but it keeps popping up with a customer support chat window that I can't minimize or exit out of, and the chat window is blocking all the buttons that I need to use to edit my email filters. Whoever designed that has an IQ of 70 and it's frustrating af.

I'm cancelling most of the service and want to keep the domain name only, but it is quite unclear and difficult to know if my payment for keeping domain name has been accepted, because Hostgator sends me notification of service delation but it does not clearly mention WHAT SERVICE REMAINS and WHAT SERVICE WILL BE DELETED. I'm so irritated and frustrated..
