Your servers go down every month. I've had to call and deal with your terrible customer service every 4-5 weeks. I was even on the phone on Christmas Eve, trying to get you to fix the server errors and get my business back online. You are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Using it ever since... tried other hosting but drawn back to hostgator... there was a time where I sense there's changes in your service but its ok.

You guys think its cool to have your support staff rush and hang up on its customers

In safari, after the screen to enter my user id, Safari always prompts to create a new password. I just need to enter it not create a new one.

You dont have antivirus apart from that everything is cool

Almost every plugin show php issue but in hostgator newer version of php is 7.5 and they support 8.1

Website stops all the time, Can pay anymore without a contract with paypal, I don't want a contract, why am I forced to use it?. I see 4 accounts number in payment method. But does not define what those are. The whole new website and functionality is so much worse and harder to navigate than before. Bad user experience.

I chose hostgator and have been working with them for a long time. Changes are being made onto the platform subsequently. Changes are affecting email accounts and so on. Right now 5 of my email accounts are requesting for password. Why is this so? Never encountered such issues before.

Because you don't charge for SSL Certificates and having SSL certificates makes the web a much safer place.
