Horrible customer services and customer portal system! No way to contact or had chat for whole month, still my issue hasn't been resolved! It's so frustrating!
You can't speak to anyone if you are not in US! You haven't updated my portal for whole month and removed my domain for whole month. And you still haven't reinstated my domain yet after my whole month of webchat contact!

The price has gone up dramatically over the past couple of years. I've paid the full amount every year, but this year it went up even more, and it's getting out of hand. New customers get 75-80% off, while long term customers get nothing.

It used to be so easy to get into a website and to Cpanel. Now it is almost impossible to find. Between your overbearing new advertising and your "Message Us" that you can't turn off and which covers places you need to click, Hostgator is a mess.

I used to be able to look at all my previous "orders" and transactions, when my hosting renewed and print off those invoices. Now I can apparently only see the last two invoices? I also used to be able to do this on both my mobile device and my desktop, and now it only works on my desktop. This is very disappointing all around as I need to print those invoices from the previous year and I usually do it all at once. If I had known I wouldn't be able to do it this year, I would have done it sooner.
