My experience is bad because I see no email contact and the phone contact could not hear or speak clearly to me, and the website does not allow me to change my card number.
The issue with my account has not been resolved until now. It is already more than a month and I still cannot access my hatching plan. I am always told that the case is getting prioritised but it doesn't seem to be. I need a resolution soon otherwise refund me my money and I will bring my business to other company.

My ENTIRE sent email box was deleted when the storage could have easily been expanded for FREE. I could understand if recent emails had been deleted but to go back and wipe out my entire sent history was extremely impactful to my business.

Transfer from HostPapa to HostGator has been terrible. Have been asking for it for two months. After sitting on help for an hour or more each call, they say they are waiting on a transfer fee -- THAT WAS INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE. Each time, they confirm that it was included and then nothing happens. Now I've been waiting for three days while the transferred domain name "Propagates" through the system. I'm thinking it won't and I'll have to spend a few more hours on the phone or chat.
The rollout of your new system needs improvement

Because I was an idiot. Years back HostGator used to be one of the most reliable and competent hosting platforms. Now it is a pile of smoldering refuse. For example...
Nearly a month ago, I transferred my domain tejasinotrading.com to Hostgator. That transfer completed on 12/18. Two days later, I purchased an additional hosting plan so I could move that business off of Shopify and onto my own business hosting plan. A few days after, I updated the A@ and CNAME DNS records to point away from Shopify and to the IP of the hosting I purchased. I also changed the mail record to point away from a shared hosting plan I had already purchased from you that only handled mail. A week later when I was ready to start moving emails and start development, I pinged the domain and was very surprised tejasinotrading.com was still pointed to Shopify and mail.tejasinotrading.com was still pointed to the shared server you host.
I contacted your support to get that resolved. I was told it would be fixed. Nearly a week later, I pinged again and the domain and subdomain were still pointed to the incorrect IPs. So I contacted your support again. AGAIN I was told it would be fixed. It has now been another 6 days AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. My customers are trying to go to my shop (which should already be up and running on your servers) and are ending up at a Shopify site that has been CLOSED! Your lack of competence is now costing me money!
Getting away from your (and other EIG platforms) tomorrow would not be soon enough.

FIrst Login with a ton of new requirements, I had to spend 10 minutes answering questions before I could do what I log in to do.
Th opening page put the login below the line of the screen. It took me a while to find out how to login. Maybe it was a mistake. I take it as a shameless gambit.
The new pages came without any explanation or training. I had to figure it out. Seriously.
It popped up on a email so I decided to give them a try and I am very pleased with the results. I have been with them for three years. If I have any problems with my email they take care of all my needs immediately.
I hate the new control panel. I almost always want to manage an email list and I have to click through a bunch of crap to get there. There should at least be a setting to select the app/page I want to land on upon login. I HATE THIS!
