I gave you 2 stars. Now i'm gonna give you 1 star I just dont feel like going back and changing it. It is very unfortunate but it seems like you guys are losing touch with reality. First, on the previous page you ask people to rate you. Now we go to the next page and you ask WHY DID YOU CHOOSE HOSTGATOR? What sense does that make, don't you want to know why people gave you the rating that they did. I guess not, probably because you already know. You guys almost doubled the price with no explanation. That is very disrespectful and unacceptable.

Help desk is absolutely rubbish. The assistants nicely send you around in circles never resolving anything. Damaging to your business if you get any problems.
Worst chat support and new software is missing my purchased accounts
I thought it had better deals for hosting services. But after I got hacked, I was not assisted as the problem still persisted. Even after paying for Sitelock, I feel that was unfair.
Day fifteen with no website or email and no contact com admin for over the past whole week despite chasing daily. Account is fully paid up and my website is down for a a reason that is not related em me or anything that I have done. Really unacceptable and unprofessional.
Not getting good technical support and billing is also messed up. Hostgator is in bad shape. Makes me sad as I have been using your services since the year 2007.
Hostgator originally was good, but now website update is too slow
Been with you guys for over a decade. However, i wished my sites will load faster at times.
It usually takes at least 3 to 4 times to get an issue resolved. I usually have to explain it over and over again.
I get some issues since past December and is not possible to repair and the support is slow.
I didn't, it was being used when I took the job. So far, support has been ineffective for the issue we've been having for more than 2 weeks.
