The site is a pain to navigate and I've noticed an increase in spam mail since switching to hostgator
Recent experiences with "help" was atrocious. Took 3+ days to resolve a security issue. I do not feel valued as a customer. Also, issues with your billing page, which for some odd reason will NOT display the prices of items. I feel overall that since joining HostGator the quality has declined rather dramatically.
Web reviews, but everything went down hill from there. Support is terrible, we are missing emails from clients, suppliers, etc. TERRIBLE!

Long time customer, great customer service and technical support
For the third day in a row, I am unable to access my email cpanel. I have "chatted" with your tech support repeatedly, tried different browsers, two different computers, all without success. I hate what you have done to the site. I used to be able to access the stuff I needed and not I cannot. So I get to spend some time today looking for a new hosting company.
This service is the worst the the helpers are reading guides and take forever to get back to you.

Everything was good until lately when you reviewed your packages. My NEWLY purchased VPS account - (server-*******.turgidmax.com) has been so problematic with varying Errors ranging from DNS etc. Webmails don't work on this server, I am tired contacting SUPPORT on weekly basis. My old Aluminum Reseller still works Perfect with no single error. The other annoying part is that SOME of the support guys we meet on the Live Chat are not very knowledgeable. Am already moving my clients site away from this VPS account as it has affected the integrity of the services I offer as a reseller.

The first time i need to support, you offered me a security package. It is frustrating. I migrate one of my website to anpther hosting provider and I continue to migrate the others.
Terrible. Price increase with no notification. Removed PayPal as payment option. Forced me to pay with credit card. Support staff unknowledgeable. Hate the new HostGator.
Some of your team support didn't know what they talking about. Get more person with experience and knowledgeable. No need to see their degree if they don't know what the problem is.

It's very difficult to access the cPanel, it used to be easier before, now it takes me four or five clicks to get to it.
Trying to buy a domain name to add to my hosting account for 5 days. Amazed that I have been unable to do this. Come on hostgator this is your business
