I inherited these sites and Host Gator from previous owner. The price for services are cheap, but the old saying you get what you pay for. I have had nothing but problems with my websites and Host Gator support. I purchased all of the security, backups, malware, packages you offer and I continually find my website either down or in jeopardy. Your support for your products totally sucks!

Yet again, my emails are being rejected by the host. This has been a problem for YEARS. Every time I start to believe you guys finally fixed things, this happens again. C'mon. What's it going to take to make my emails work. This is costing me business.
The Message Us box blocks my view of your website and I can't close it. There should be a way to close it if I don't need to contact you.
I have been with the hosing package so long the server can't up date the PHP & now it changed that my websites & subdomians can not update & now they say I am using to much space with the new package that they cant switch servers until I delete most of my sites - This is after wasting weeks with customer service wasting my time. Think I am going to start switching all of my hosting packages to another hosting company
Had some decent reviews and the price was affordable for the initial sign on offer.
6 and 1/2 weeks of pathetic email tech "service" and "support" from HG...many phone calls and many chats trying to resolve a MAJOR problem with my reply emails that were not working since the new year! How embarrassing for all those in tech "services"...who cares, right? Payday is Thursday and as long as the paycheck don't bounce...Thanks HG for paying attention to a PAYING customer. Oh and have a nice day
