Also HATE the opening screen where it blatantly lies, flat-out lies to me as a customer and tries to falsely sell me into domain privacy, which I already have. You have really done a number, HostGator and it's gotten way worse than six months ago. I'm not impressed. Weird new look, but too many inconsistencies and it feels like you're lying to me as business partner.
I used to love hostgator. I'd login, get to cpanel and do whatever work needed to be completed. Now, there's a new interface and i can't seem to get anything done except with several chats and hours of hassle.
Past: Cpanel - 30 min
Current: whatever you have now - 3-4 hrs and a couple of chats.

I've had a problem with picture resolution you never really resolved and as I try to finally update the web site I find that I can't manipulate the navigation bar or put in a logo like I would like anymore.
