Your websites are much harder to edit (wordpress) than they used to be when I used your services 3-4 years ago. Years ago, you had the best in the industry. Now they are very difficult to build, use, and maintain.

I don't feel I got the service equal to the value I paid. My websites and hosting are insecure. Even they have been hacked and some installed they domain on my package. Never got comfortable with the way Hostgator displays the billing or help to keep them safe and organized renewal. Never happy!

You removed the website builder and made it a paid tool. Super lame that a business package doesnt get this tool included anymore. You've increased price and put features behind a paywall, this is a lame business move that will loose you customers over the ong term.

I have had my account two months. My hosted account is socrc.org, and the plan includes SSL certificate. Pursuant to my dashboard's accepted links include https://www.socrc.org, and www.socrc.org. The first link takes on to a page warning about a security risk, the second takes them to an unrelated site. I've contacted technical support chat THREE times. The first time support said the SSL needed updating. It failed. The second tech support told me it was a problem how the DNS was directed, and would take several days. It also failed. The third claimed the SSL had to be reinstalled. It also failed. What is obvious is that tech support does not have the education/experience with hosting to understand how to fix these things. My website is still having problems with the URLs, and I don't know what to do other than request a refund and migrate back to GoDaddy!
