Dedicated server configuration is slow- there is no Standard initial setups that gets most things ready like Reverse DNS IP and related Email functionality.
The speed initially was slow but i think it was due to MYSQL not Imported the sql file properly (100-150MB sql files)
Even now, its difficult to upload a 100MB sql file and most of the time does not completel the imports.

I have to get through the "Protect Your Domain" Screen and choose "No, Leave My Domain Unprotected" EVERY time I log in
