I tried to book and it said sever failure try again. So I exit the all and saw on my bank I was charged but the trip doesn't show up on my account and I can't contact sostener support ... someone help !!

I wanted to share my experience with the new Price Freeze feature. I was a little skeptical but tried it and had a great experience. We bought 5 tickets from Chicago to New York and ended up saving about $270 in total with the price freeze. I would do it again.
A coworker told me about Hopper. So glad he did. I checked out the prices on other travel sites and was pleased to see we saved over $100 on each ticket.
Cool tips and I used the "price freeze". I dig Hopper and have no problem leaving that little bunny a tip for all his hopping around getting me the best prices.
I bought a price freeze for $10. When I bought my ticket days later, within the week, the price had gone up. I went ahead and booked the higher ticket and Hopper let me know they'd reimburse me the difference - and they did! Amazing and easy. I highly recommend Hopper!

Love that it's color-coded for flight price levels to corresponding calendar dates. Offers other flight consideration options, as well as recommends a wait' or buy' tix at time of booking, & keeps all pertinent flight info neatly & conveniently all on same screen so no having to flip back & forth screens or trying to remember all your data entries. All this to help you reach the best, optimal results for your trip. So happy I stumbled upon this lil convenient app!! Definitely a must-have booking app at your fingertips.
I've gotten this error for a few weeks. This was the whole reason I started using hopper over a year ago...
No bs, this is one of my favorite apps E V E R. Hopper has allowed me to book so many trips at amazing rates and I am forever grateful. Always recommend to my friends. Be smart, use this app!!
I used this app a lot to watch general dates or keep an eye on cheap tickets to "anywhere" so I could jump on a good deal if it came up. They've started pushing hotels so much that I can't even use the app anymore, unless I have specific dates I'm watching for. Maybe there's still a way to keep it flexible but the app changes so often that it's difficult to keep up with.
I'm still giving three stars because their predictions are great and it's still great for keeping an eye on a specific flight, but I miss a lot of the functions available in previous versions.
Worked great!! I contacted them initially to ensure my refund for the price difference was being refunded. They responded promptly and had my money in my PayPal account with in a week!! I recommend this app!! Flight in a couple weeks, will review again!!

What's the point of a price freeze if it's unavailable to book?
I can find very cheap deal here , and very easy to used.
I just used Hopper for the first time to book a flight and I love it!! I used the app to track prices on my flight and used the price freeze because my travel buddy wasn't quite ready for us to buy yet - it worked great! Hopper got in touch with me via email in a few days and issued me a refund of the price difference (it had gone up $20) to my Paypal. Will definitely be using this app for future trips!!

I have consistently gotten amazing fares on Hopper. Better than Expedia, Orbitz, or anything I could find on google. I don't know how they do it. But they are amazing.

I've been getting charged $1.33 monthly for no reason and without even telling me what for when i thought it was just to verify the payment method. I've been trying to get in contact with Hopper and their help support website is useless they don't have a direct contact support center unless after you book a trip with them. Had to message them thru Facebook and Twitter to even get their attention. Currently waiting for their responses. It's a good app to find decent prices but once i found out I've been getting secretly charged that's when i definitely stop using them. You are warned!
