I like the app but I was booking same time as friend and I timed out and immediately went back in and same flights were 20$ more . I thought I didn't have to erase cookies on this app??? So dumb!
This App is great!!! As a travel agemt I have many flights to track and this keeps it all in order!
Love Hopper for round trip same city flights but the amount of time it is taking you guys to implement multi city capability is not good.
It's a good app but don't rely to heavily on the price predictions.

Especially if you're flexible with your dates, you can get phenomenal deals here if you're patient.
Their customer service team is also quick to respond, and to help as much as they can.
(Still wish they had an 800 number to talk out urgent problems in real time though.)
Be aware that when you buy tickets through this app if anything goes wrong with your flight the airline will not help you because it was booked through a third party. Our flight time was changed on the way back and we were not notified of this change therefore causing us to miss our flight. The airline was very unhelpful actually rude because we book through a third party so their hands were tied. We ended up having to pay for another flight home. Pretty frustrating.
Love this app but wish I could turn off the notifications for hotels when I don't need a hotel!

I was looking to book a trip from NYC to TX back at the beginning of Sept, I found tickets for 3 passengers for $800. I checked Hopper and it said tickets would fall before going up. That was incorrect. Tickets have continued to rise and now I'm looking at $1000. This isn't the first time this app did this to me but it will be the last. DO NOT USE.
When checking out for flight booking there is a switch button for a "$5 hopper tip" that is automatically turned on to be included. I understand that the company needs to make money but automatically charging this and hoping the user doesn't scroll down to deselect this tip is shady.

I was disappointed to hear about certain airlines no longer sharing their flight information with Hopper. It's clear that Hopper can no longer reveal the cheapest flights. A simple google search consistently brings up cheaper flights from the airlines directly.
Hopper needs to negotiate better with more airlines.
All around, I was excited to find a good priced airfare to Europe, and I got the price freeze I paid for... HOWEVER, when I went to add a different credit card, the app said I added a card "too many times" which the limit is 8, and I for sure did NOOOT add it 8 times, what the hay!? Anyways, I just used my bank card, so I couldn't use my fly miles which makes me mad. Besides this "fraud protection crap" I hopefully will be happy with the experience and maybe use them again.
DONT BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH THIS APP. THEY LITERALLY DONT RESPOND TO THE SO-CALLED 24/7 CHAT!! so in my naivety, I booked a flight home through hopper. After I purchased my tickets, My grandmother passed away unexpectedly and I needed to change my flight. Hopper says they offer 24/7 customer service through their app, yet I've reached out numerous times and they haven't responded to me for TWO DAYS. I'm actually still waiting as I write this review. At this point, I have zero faith that they will ever respond. There is also no phone number to call them. I just need to know what their bereavement policy is and I tried searching through the app, but there is no info on bereavement policy. Absolutely despicable that they don't have a number to call and they don't respond to the supposed "24/7 customer chat". What a disgrace. Thanks for nothing hopper. DONT BOOK THROUGH THIS APP
I started a search for hotels for an upcoming trip, but I ended up booking through another website. There's no instructions for how to cancel the search and stop getting notifications for this specific search. I don't want to turn off notifications for all hopper searches in settings. And there seems to be no way to contact customer service in any way, unless I have already purchased tickets through hopper. Starting a hopper search is not worth all the unwanted notifications just to see if the app comes up with anything.
The only bone I have to pick is they automatically include a "tip" at the end. I swiped to book just as I noticed this was included....not cool
