Went online to look for yearly coupons. None unless you spend a 100 dollars. Went to their Huntsville store and asked for the smallest ham. It was 7.3 pounds and cost a whopping 88 dollars. Paid and then my wife asked about coupons. They had one for 7 dollars off but didn't honor it because we just paid. This came from the so called manager. I have a high income but won't return because of the price gouging. Not worth it. A poor value. The hand taste good but are unhealthy and severely overpriced. The stores want to overcharge as a fair profit isn't good enough.
This company has literally denied my mother what may be her last Thanksgiving meal and they don't care. My mother is battling cancer. Thanksgiving Day is also her 74th Birthday. With her cancer it may be her last Thanksgiving. I ordered a full honey baked ham meal with sides and desserts to be shipped as she is not well enough to cook. A portion of the ordered arrived. A cake and a few of the sides. I called "customer service" and was told there was nothing they could do. Even with a store 20 minutes away, they could not figure out a way to get a ham on a dying woman's table for Thanksgiving. Despicable. Honey Baked has been a part of our family's holidays for decades. NEVER again will I give a dime to such a heartless company.
Visited the Honey Baked Ham at Southridge in South Charleston WV for the first time in about three years. I ordered the meal and was very disappointed considering the price.
The Tavern Club was great. I ordered it with Swiss instead of Cheddar but, that was the only thing that was good. It use to be when you ordered a meal it came in a box with your sandwich, side, a pickle, and a cookie. Apparently you no longer get the pickle and cookie. The Tavern Club was really good but the potato salad was bland and tasteless, no seasoning of any kind, not even salt. They were very limited on choice of soft drinks also.
Considering I paid $16 and change for this thing the value of the meal is just not worth the price for a sandwich with a couple slices of meat with tomato and lettuce. I more than likely will not be back.
First time i ordered the brisket and disappointed. Dry and looked processed. No taste and expensive. I also ordered sides... lemon parmesan broccoli, scalloped potatoes and sweet pot casserole. All were soggy, mushy, no taste! What a waste if money, $153.00. Sides were enough for 4-5 people
Honey baked is horrible! I would give it a zero if I could! They pictured a whole breast of Turkey! That is not what you get! I recieved a bag of pressed sliced turkey! This is what I have spent $35 for? Also it was not frozen when it arrived! When I contacted them they couldn't be less helpful if they tried! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE PRESENTATION AND AN ABSOLUTE HEALTH HAZZARD! Absolutely no pride in their food!
Four months after receiving a gift card I am still unable to use it. Honeybaked is the most poorly run food business on all fronts that I have ever come across.
I am unable to order anything in store outside of 10lb ham which the employee told me was much more expensive as opposed to ordering online. Multiple customers in front of us came in just like me and walked right out just like me. The website is completely broken and doesn't allow you to order anything besides a ham. On top of that asking for in-store pick up they still charge you shipping and handling. Why even have a brick and mortar location if everything is charged shipping and handling and I can get it delivered to my home directly instead.
Their customer service sucks. I ordered a whole ham and they basically told me i have to do rush service and only showed me two dates. I was in no hurry but it was not allowing me to put in my order without the rush service which was almost the same price as the ham itself. That was a rip off because I was buying it for my father in law who loves ham. If this is the way they operate I will tell every and anyone not to do business with this company
My $40.00 gift card went nowhere. The cheapest thing in the protein line was a turkey breast and it still cost me $8.38 over the $40.00 voucher. Total was 48.38. After driving to the store, they claimed a system issue so as not to have to take the order so I was forced to order online. This makes a terrible gift! It puts and burden on the receiver and will likely cost the receiver more than any reasonable gift voucher! They obviously have issues in filling seasonal orders as well.
This ham is not the same. My last two ham was just bake no honey or melting glade. The last ham had to much fat on it. I buy h b because my grandkids liked it now the recipe change. I will try the ham a couple more time to see if it get better. I will give 5 star on the turkey breast.
I ordered online & paid $119.90 on 11/26/2020 for a delivery to be made to Leander Texas on 12/16/2020. Received an email that order shipped 12/14-was never received. Tried to contact co by phone from 12/16 thru 12/20. Msg played that co was experiencing co-wide system problems & could not check orders or take orders. Sent 2 emails; no response. UPS advised shipper created a label, but UPS had not rec'd pck returned to sender. It's Dec 26 - stilll no ham & turkey; nothing from company!
We received a smoked turkey and augraten potatoes for a gift. First we received 2 potatoes, no turkey. The gift giver called as she bought a turkey and it was sent. The potatoes were good but the turkey was awful, way too much smoke, not edible. We love smokehouse food but this was more like a chemical smoke, horrible. Had to throw it away. Their food use to be good but something is wrong now.
We just received our whole turkey from Honey Baked Ham. Was very disappointed with how small it was. It is supposed to serve 10-12 and may be enough for 5-6. Will not order from here again.
I went into the cartersville location yesterday to buy a honey baked ham for Christmas. I was turned away saying I needed a reservation to purchase a ham and there wasn't enough for everyone. I was so disappointed that I cried. My 86 yr old father in law was looking so forward to that ham and we had to tell him we couldn't get one... What a sad look on his face because he doesn't understand why we couldn't get one. We had no problem walking in for Thanksgiving and getting a boneless ham... thats simply all we wanted was a small boneless ham because its the four of us and we have no other family. This company is so huge that there sould be enough for everyone. COULD YOU PLEASE SEND OUT A NOYE OF SOMEKIND TELLING YOU THAT YOU UAVE TO RESERVE A HAM AT CHRISTMAS... ALL I GOT WAS A COUPON ON A HAM I COULDN'T BUY. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I ordered a ham online on Friday, 12/11/20 at 11:30 PT for delivery on Thursday, 12/17/20 so I would have it in plenty of time for my family Christmas dinner which was set for Monday, 12/21/20. When the ham wasn't delivered on the 17th I called customer service. They told me I could not get my money back and when or if the ham was delivered I would have to refuse it. All I got was I'm sorry! I filed a complaint on their customer service website. Lia got back to me via email and said she would like to call me at 8:30 am on the 18th I gave her my permission via email. Well the 18th came and went with no call. For a company that supposedly prides themselves on good customer this is disgusting! If I ever get a honeybaked ham again I will NEVER do it online. It will be in store only! Angela A
The honey baked ham douglasville has the best customer service i have experienced. Even though their systems and registers down during the busiest holiday of the year, they are so cheerful and positive.
I called in an order for a box lunch. I also asked if they had any ham scraps because I wanted to pick up some for my dog. They told me that they had 5 bags. I asked if they could put aside 4 bags for me and I would pick it up in 30 minutes along with my lunch. When I got there I went to the preordered line. When I got to the front they told me I needed to get into the walk in line even though I had made my order ahead of time. When I finally got to the front of the line, they couldn't find my order so I had to completely reorder my lunch. They also didn't have any ham scraps available. They were "working on some" and they would be ready in 10 minutes. I was already running late so I just had to buy my lunch and go. No apology. They literally just laughed in my face.
We pre-ordered at the end of November for the ham and turkey combo to be sent to our family home prior to Christmas as we have for the past 20+ years. This year we ordered on November 30th for a December 18th delivery. So HBH should have been prepared and ready (they took our money right away that's for sure). We received a shipping notice on the 17th with a UPS tracking # that indicated for days that 'label created' but it never went anywhere. Then after much waiting to get a customer service rep (who indicated their website the weekend before Christmas was having 'technical' difficulties), we were told 'oh your order was never picked up by UPS', (which is simply bull... sure blame it on UPS) the earliest we can send a replacement is 'December 23rd! My family needs this by the morning of December 24th and we no longer trust Honey Baked Ham at all. Why can't they send the order we were supposed to have received on the date it was to have been received (the 18th or 19th at the latest!)! There is absolutely NOOOOO excuse for this horrible mishap. We requested a refund and will no longer be a loyal customer of HBH after this fiasco. The sad part is that the Family always enjoyed the ham and turkey, it is HBH Customer Service and Processing and Shipping departments that are causing loss of long time customers.
Honey bake ham (honeybaked.com) Has backorder my hams that I have ordered in early November call them and got no help on time line or refund. 2 weeks ago they said that it would be sent before Christmas. NERVER AGAIN! After 20 years I am finished with them.
IF they have something in stock (they are constantly OUT of stock of everything), then you MIGHT get what you ordered a couple of days or a week later than what they say the delivery date is. You will NOT get a shipping date / tracking number in a timely fashion, trust me on this, and your order will NOT be delivered on time. Their "customer service" line is a joke - all they say is they can't do anything except send the information to a supervisor who "works periodically throughout the day helping customers".
IF you want something, go to the store. DO NOT order it online, EVER! Last 2 orders have both been late being shipped and their "customer service" is worthless. And the shipping costs? Un-freaking-believable!
As our holiday party was canceled we did boxed lunches from honey baked ham. Totally not worth the money. The bread was anything special but was soggy due to the Tomato which i asked to be left out of my sandwich as i don't like it. I ordered plain chips for a side and got onion which were gross. A lot of the sides were wrong in most of the box lunches ordered. No positive things to really say other than dont waste your money
Horrible turkey taste big ripoff doesn't look or taste like turkey ruin the holiday season wish I had read the reviews same complaint. Stick with the ham let the turkey and who ever suggested it needs to be fired.

Answer:Hi Angela! Our whole turkeys are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. From thawed, take the turkey out of the refrigerator and remove from bag. Place in a roasting pan breast side up then loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until warm. Carve, serve and refrigerate unused portions immediately.
From frozen, preheat over to 350°. Remove turkey from bag and place in roasting pan breast side up then loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 4 - 4 1/2 hours or until warm. Carve, serve and refrigerate unused portions immediately.
Answer:I wish I did! Instead you get stuck on the phone waiting for 30-40 minutes and then they hang up on you! Trust me…I'm right with you! My Thanksgiving meal that was ordered on 10/31 was ruined!
