The Honey Baked Ham

Our honey baked ham was very dry and hardly had any glaze. For the price paid I could have bought 2 Dearborn Hams that would have been much better and I would still have had some money left over! Very disappointed, driest ham ever, will never order one again

For a $100 ham seem like you could get someone to answer the phone and help you. I've had a horrible time again this year getting my Discount Coupon for picking up my ham 12/20. Called customer service they couldn't help... emailed them, No reply... Wrote honeybaked corporate office in Geogia over 2 weeks ago. No reply
We go through this crap every year... and you know the store cant issue you a coupon... you have to pay FULL PRICE!

I ordered a ham for delivery on December 2, the date of our party was December 4. I received notice it would be delivered on December 3. It wasn't! I had to the grocery store in the morning to purchase a ham (at less than 1/2 the price for the Honeybaked ham). By the time the Honeybaked ham was delivered late afternoon December 4, we were almost finished with our meal! I don't know how to add image of my proof of purchase to an email so below is a copy of the email.

Both my mother and I ordered for Christmas and both of us had to cancel our cards due to a scam. My card was skimmed during an online order and she received a call that her card did not go through and they needed another card number. I have tried to contact the company and cannot reach anyone or get a response... So just be careful!

Well, we finally ordered a HoneyBakedHam for our family get-together. Wow! Was it ever good! Even some family members who don't normally like ham enjoyed this one. Ordering online was a snap. The pickup process was organized and we barely waited a couple of minutes for our hams to be brought out. Now, a HBH may cost more than one in a grocery store, but there are several reasons why. First, HBHs are not full of water like other hams often are. Plus, the taste is fantastic! And, there is almost no waste at all. Except for a thin layer of fat to keep the ham moist, there was an unbelievable amount of ham to serve. Yes, we did get our hams with the meat on the bone, but that just makes it more flavorful. Plus, I'll use that ham bone to cook with beans. We are hooked! From now on, it's HoneyBakedHam for us.

I've been a customer for 30 years and this years ham was over-smoked and dry with only a chunk of glaze on top, no sweetness inside. Time for a new ham supplier.

John's Creek Ga location, nasty restaurant, temp workers, unmasked coughing on food, using knives to cut open cases of hams& turkeys, then use that same knife to cut the meat. Trash can, filled with trash, just sitting in the kitchen, General Manager Tasha, unmasked, fat & nasty that don't pay employees working through People Ready_ Norcross Georgia location. Both reported to Corporate and the Northern District Health Department

Had 1/2 honey baked ham and a turkey breast. Not much flavor. Over promised, under delivered. My feet are walking elsewhere. Last three hams didn't taste like they used to. I wonder if they they have been sold.

Bought a roasted turkey breast for thanksgiving. I thought it be be just turkey. It was smotherthered in brown sugar which ruined the turkey. Worst turkey I have ever had. Guess that's what I get for buying turkey at a ham store.

I was so looking forward to good old fashion stuffing. Honeybake stuffing is mushy n taste like pickle juice was added. Taste like pickles.

Order Date: 11/17/2021 The ham was a glorified canned ham sliced real thin. The seasoning was only on 1/2 of the ham and it wasn't flamed! I paid $136 for shipping and handling and the ham and it was not a HBH original. I don't have a flame thrower to do it myself. Ruined my dinner. I had no idea that you have skimped on the ingredients. I am letting you know because I care. Unless you go back to original ways, I will do my own and better! Judy

I would like to rate the taste of Honey baked ham but I can't! Ordered and purchased a ham and when I went to pick it up they had no ham only offered me extra turkey. Can I get some prayers? I'm not getting ham for Thanksgiving this year! Way to go!

We pre ordered ham and turkey for our Thanksgiving diner tomorrow. We had our confirmation number and traveled one hour to pick up our order. The woman said, "We sold out." No, apologies offered. She did say, "Yea, a lot of people are going to be upset ". Who does this? Why take orders you cannot fill? Two hours driving for naught. We will not support this business in the future.

Tried ordering online and kept kicking me out so I called and sat on hold forever for someone to answer then hang up. I called back again and waited on hold for another 20min, told the lady how long I've waited and how the first Lady picked up and hung up, she didn't say sorry or respond at all. I told her about the $5 shipping it said online and she said it is $5 off but reads $5 shipping on 11/24 and she said yeah I don't know why it says that but it's wrong and would'nt honor it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said hold on I'll try to get someone then left me in hold for 15 more minutes which is when I hung up. Horrible customer service!

The Whittier store is so disorganized and disappointing. They never delivered our Easter dinner or refunded us.
They sent a giftcard for $30 when they owe us $60.
I will never return!

I got a sandwich with chips. It was delicious. Quality ingredients Thick cuts of ham and turkey. Lots of bacon. Duke brand mayo. Sliced tomatoes and a bit of quality lettuce. Cut nicely on good bread. Was $8.15 with tax. Location Ocala Florida. It came with a couple of napkins. I liked that the sandwich was cut. They didn't try to upsell. Service was friendly. Took about two minutes. Server spoke excellent English. English was his first language. I heard some chatter with a co-worker and it was friendly and conversational. You got a selection of chips. You can call ahead and order for a pickup. Great for lunch. There were two tip jars. I made sure to tip the server. I loved the sandwich and I will be back. It was enough to give half to the Hunk. Hunk already made dinner, so I pulled off (and ate the tomatoes and lettuce). The sandwich was great the next day for breakfast. Though about adding butter to the outside adding cheese and grilling it. OH, the bad news 1050 calories or something. Says it right on the menu.

I purchased a honey baked ham and saw they that Honey Baked Ham Company changed the sticker weight to not only charge more money but also to extend the expiration date. I have no idea how many times this sticker was changed and how old this ham actually was that my family consumed. Management was absolutely no help at all in assisting in any kind of resolution and to insure the health and safety of their food products.
