My experience in replacing my washer was very good. Claim was very seamless and painless.
First, my overall experience with Home Safe home protection plan is very good, however in the case of my Whirlpool refrigerator, repair I rate my experience with the service provider who came out to fix the refrigerator (Appliance Repair Professionals) didn't complete all of the repairs according to the complaint of the repairs, It's been over 2 months since I submitted the claim to Home Safe (Armis) who recommended Appliance Repair Professionals in Orlando, FL. They are now saying we have rust in the control panel which wasn't shown to me which prevented them for completing the necessary repairs.
Appliance Repair Professionals did not call me to explain that they found rust on back of the control panel that now prevent the refrigerator from being repair after waiting 2 months to complete. I was told by Armis (Home Safe) I need to pay for a repair service professional of my choice to repair and provide their report to ARMIS to approve before ARMIS will pay for the repair.

After my service man came to check on my air conditioning he serviced it to make sure that wasn't the problem and then decided I needed a new thermostat. He charged me for everything. The bill went to you guys, but you would only pay for the thermostat and installing not for the servicing. I don't think that's right. Usually when a service man comes, he checks everything out to make sure there's not something else that we will have to come back and fix later that is only good service business.

It took 12 days for me to get my A/C fixed. Temperature was 92 in my house. Actual repair took about 20 minutes.

Fast response from technician. Bad circuit board unable to replace. Home Safe replaced the broken dryer with a brand new one and paid to have the old one disposed of. Also reimbursed part of the copay. Excellent service! Worth the money.

My card on file was compromise, so the payment didn't go through.When I did call home safe customer service was kind enough to go ahead and take my payment. No transferring to other person. She was polite and understanding when I let her know what happen.

Homesafe's adjuster determined it would be more efficient to replace my dishwasher with a new one than fix the old one. They bought it, installed it, and hauled the old one off without question

It has taken two months and I have not got the work finished no call to let me know why.

SUBMITTING THE CLAIM AND FINDING A PROVIDER WENT WELL. HOWEVER, ON THE BACKEND DEALING WITH ARVIS TOOK SOME UNNECESSARY STEPS AND THE FINAL PAYMENT PROCESS IS RIDICULOUS. THEY CUT CHECKS ON FRIDAYS (ONLY) AND SNAIL MAIL N MONDAYS INDICATING THAT THE CHECK CAN TAKE FROM 10-20 DAYS TO REACH YOU. IN TODAY'S WORLD I CALL THAT CORPORATE "CASH MANGEMENT.

After trying twice to get our Air conditioning fixed, we finally contacted Controlled Comfort, in Las Vegas, NV who finished to job in 3 days. The entire process was one month from start to finish. The first two providers did not provide the information needed by Home Safe. But we finally found the right pro9vider using Angi and are now completely satisfied.
