Our bathroom faucet slowly lost water pressure and finally just drips of water would come out of it. We called Home Safe and they assigned a Plumber to our claim. He came the next day and assessed the problem. The following day the faucet was replaced! Great service!

After speaking with claims management concerning the repairs needed for my oven, I was pleased how she listened and understood the ordeal and quickly assured me that I would have what I needed for the repairs.

Upon further review, the part you are speaking of is the hinges for the oven, which is a part that is not listed for coverage on your contract. The Service Provider advised that the part is no longer made by the manufacturer and suggested a replacement. We can verify the check for the credit toward the replacement has been issued. A miserable experience they are great at collecting the monthly fees but find ways to not pay claims.
Thomas, after further review, we processed a payment of over $500 for your claim in November. It appears there is another claim currently open and we are requesting specific documentation from the Service Provider to move forward in the claims process. I know my HVAC was 29 years old and still running. The guy doing the maintenance did find a leak and after testing and checking for the part it was found obsolete. It was said due to rust and corrosion from the photos and videos it would not be covered. I t seems to me that all HVAC's are going to get older and have some rust and corrosion. It seems to me why have a plan like this if it is not going to help on the replacement. I thought since the HVAC was still working but still needed a part that I would at least have some coverage for it. I am paying monthly for something to cover these problems and now it has gotten me deeper into poverty. Under another previous plan I got a total replacement on a refrigerator and stove that were older models.

The lady who called me was pleasant, friendly and nice. She took care of my billing issue quickly and efficiently. But a week later I received a letter (dated two days AFTER I gave her my new info) stating that my coverage would expire if I didn't update my account!

My experience was stressful with the time it took to complete, but I understood the reasons given.
However, everyone that I spoke with in Customer Service was very patient and willing to help me with my concerns. Also, the Service Repair Technician was pleasant, calm and knowledgeable. He did a very good job.
