Raven gave ALOT of information and it felt like I was on the phone for a long time listening to her tell me why my profile needed to be improved. Unfortunately she did not answer the question I called about and I was too frustrated to even care.

I just signed up for a couple zip codes today. John was very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that I can try this for 90 days and re-assess whether or not it's of value. That demonstrates confidence in a product, rather than the high pressure, demanding you sign up for a year with zero guarantees that I've been approached on before.
