Ebony took a lot of time from our initial chat to calling me on the phone to explain all the various plans and how the lead generations work. She answered my questions about other agents, concierge and different packaging and zip codes. In the end, I ended up ordering the zip codes I want since I am too busy to have a bunch of call backs and she was able to get me what I wanted.

This was a pointless contact and really just a waste of my time. There was zero additional value-added to your service/our acct. Let us know if/when Homes.com figures out a way to help us sell a home.

Cassity did a great job! She followed up with me for 6 months and never gave up on me even when I was too busy to listen. In the end, I took the time to listen and she showed me the benefits of working with homes.com. I am looking forward to gaining more business with homes.com

Toni was a delight. She was very eager to please and resolve any issue. My only advice to her is: Take a breath. Talk less. Listen more to what the caller is saying. Then respond appropriately. At times, I found it a bit of an effort to get in a word or two. But make no mistake, Toni is exceptional and her personality is perfectly suited for what she does. I can tell she connects well with people.

I was told I would get an average of 8-11 screened qualified Buyer and Seller leads for my zip code by salesperson William. I have only received 1 lead that wasn't even a good one, they would not pick up the phone or respond to a text in a 3 month period. So 1 bad lead in 3 months is NOT what I was promised. I would not recommend Homes.com to any of my fellow agents.

Very happy with my account coord Destinee Clark. Spoke with her originally when I was considering Homes.com. Her professionalism and knowledge along with not trying to 'sell' me something is one of the reasons I came back and joined!

Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions in regards to the service in the zip code I was interested in. He went over the revisions Homes.com has done and partnerships they have now and how that brings a more qualified lead to our pipeline. I felt like it was a good fit for my marketing needs and it was because of Chris I signed on.

Initially, I thought was a typical sales pitch, and I was ready to say I was not interested and to hang up the phone, but the agent was very professional and authentic so I decided to not only listen but to sign up.

I spoke with Haley and she walked me through the process and answered my questions. She took her time and explained the process to me. As a Realtor, I want to get the best bang for my dollar to grow my business. Haley took good care of me and I appreciate that very much.

Shalynn Atkins reached out to me to see if I was interested in signing back up for leads. She made the process very easy and offered me affordable lead generation in some of the ZIP Codes I was interested in. I'm very happy and I'm hopeful my return on investment is going to be what I want!

I was skeptical of Homes.com because I haven't rec'd but one phone lead & that was a complete disaster. People didn't even know why i was calling? James was easy to understand, assured me that my profile was set up & able to be viewed, which hopefully begins to supply me with convertible leads/prospects.

I can't comment on how well the product works as of yet, since we are just getting started, but we are very hopeful that it is as effective as it seems. As for my customer service experience, that I can say has been very good so far. Monet Teague first reached out to me approximately 8 or more months ago, and continued to follow up in a very respectful and diligent manner for many months. She has been patient through all my questioning, and provided me with all the information I requested, and put together a package for us that we feel good about & have high hopes for.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
