Terrible communication from whoever sold us this 3 month contract- never told me that I needed to cancel the contract after the 3 months otherwise we would still be charged.

I've had an awesome experience with Johnnie from day one. His personality is very contagious and I was very open to listening to the products he offered me along with the data to back it up. He was patient as I took a couple days to decide my route of success with homes.com which made him a winner in my book.

I have had a terrible experience with Homes.com. The two representatives I spoke with assured me when I signed up for their program that I could call either one of them when I needed them. I am in my 3rd month of the program, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company after multiple emails and phone calls.
He was very helpful. I called in with an attitude but he smoozed everything over and got me everything I was looking for. Very professional! Give him a raise!

Tried reaching back out to my sales rep. He became non-existent. Disappointed me. He had informed me he would always be available for me.

I'm just getting started with Homes.com. I do hope that it is a good investment. So far all of the customer service professionals have been wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to help me to be a success.

I was skeptical after reading the reviews but said it wouldn't hurt to try for the 3 months. I received a lead within the first week. I got her preapproved and we got an accepted offer. Since then I have received another lead that I am working on and just bought another zip code.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
