He did a good job rectifying the problem. I guess what I dont understand is why there was a problem in the first place. There had been a change in price to my listing that wasnt reflected. So I am not sure how you update information

Though I need help making the suggested corrections, at least I know where my issues are and confirmed by Robert. It seems generating income is at the top of your priorities and Robert took his time to tell me what I can do to help the website I bought from you and that you are hosting, work the way it should.

I am not getting a lot results. Haven't gotten one good lead but with time, hope things improve. Sarah and the staff members are nice and polite but that's not why I am paying.
