I purchased a dining set from HCC. I was searching for a particular table, and there were several other retailers offering the same product. However they had the product at the most affordable price. I queried the web for any coupons (there were several), and made my purchase online. Within a day, I had notification of the order shipped. The product was shipped and arrived within 5 days.

Overall, I would recommend HCC for such purchases. Online furniture retailers can be quite shady, and many websites out there are scams. HCC is not one of those.

I've made several orders from this site and had great experiences every time. First time was for a set of recliners which we had delivered in about 7 days or so with UPS. They brought them into our garage which is their typical delivery location.

The next time we ordered a bedroom set & sectional. There was a free promotion at the time for free shipping, which we received on the entire order. Since this was free, we decided to upgrade to white glove delivery by phone. Customer service was very helpful, and placed the order for us. This was a nice treat, where a 3 person crew took everything off the truck, moved around our old furniture, and disposed of all the packaging. We were missing hardware for the bed, which was sent out and received a couple days later.

I purchased a complete home theater package. Theater seats, wall unit, all electronics, etc. Called into customer service and they helped put the entire system together for me.

Excellent experience all around with very knowledgeable sales staff. Order was delivered in a couple shipments extremely quickly. I no doubt will be back again for more furniture. I'm not one for posting reviews of any kind, but just had to share this experience.

My husband is a big/tall man (6' 2" and weighs around 265 lbs), so I was skeptical about ordering these beings no weight capacity limit was shown and the size of the recliners were a bit smaller than the Lazy Boys they would be replacing.

After reading many "great" online reviews about them, I decided to take the chance and purchase two of the manual recliners (without the extension seat or wedge).

Both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality (very well made)and comfort of these recliners! He can sit very comfortably in them even when his legs are outstretched. I LOVE them because they really support my lower back and neck (which were injured in a vehicle accident years ago), and the fact that I can sit in them for long periods of time without ever feeling uncomfortable!

We were also very satisfied with Home Cinema Centers customer service and the delivery company they use for shipping! Great shopping experience!

Initially I felt comfortable with ordering from this site. I should have done more checking on ratings with this company. I have not as of yet received item ordered. When I called to inquire about the item I was told to check with the shipper. As if Home Cinema Center has washed their hands of it. Doesn't give a buyer much confidence in the validity of this company. Not only was the CUSTOMER SERVICE agent inept in answering my questions he was also rude and hung up on me. BEWARE BEFORE ordering. Chances are if you can find an item on this site there are probably a dozen or more sites selling the same item who are far more deserving of the order. Customer service is everything!

I purchased a twin size bed with six drawers underneath and have to tell you this is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Order was shipped and received in the time we were told, and due to our own error, we ended up breaking (dropped down the stairs!) the drawers.

I contacted the company and they were WONDERFUL, they put an order in for the new drawers immediately and that was it. I offered to pay, they graciously declined even thought it was OUR fault. Wow!

The drawers arrived damaged, I took photos and emailed them. Again they ordered a replacement, but this time, instead of sending just the drawers they sent an entire new bed. I was absolutely amazed at this incredible kindness especially in a recession!

No one could beat their price and quality. Yes, the bed is REAL wood, not pressed particle board, and it's beautiful. We live in a very rural area so finding furniture out here is very difficult.

I recommend these folks highly and I am very pleased to see their rating here is very high. It is well earned and they deserve it in my book. HCC exceeded my expectations completely, I would be happy and confident to do business with them again.

My experience with Home Cinema has been beyond great! I am in the process of building a larger scale home and to date have spent close to $27,000.00 on furniture through HCC And have also bought all my sofas, bar chairs, electronics, theater chairs, etc thru HCC as well. So my experience with them has been in a big scaled way!

Everyone whom I have dealt with, either by email or on the phone has been extremely pleasant, professional and prompt in their service! If there have been any issues with a fixture etc being recieved, they have immediately sent a replacement one. And the issues have been extremely rare, considering the amount of product I have purchased through them. It has made the process of picking lighting a joy, as there are so many products to choose from. And upon recieving them, they are more lovely in reality then from the on-line photos! The local furniture companies can not even match the prices that HCC offer, so I know that I am also getting great value for the monies I have spent! I really can't express just how amazing it has been to deal with. I have been recommending HCC to all my friends and family. Way to go HCC It is a relief to know that there is such a company on-line, that you feel extremely safe in dealing with!

Buyer Beware! If something on the internet seems too good to be true it probably is! I purchased a couch from them thinking they were a legitimate site, after a week of not hearing anything from them they send a vague email telling me that it is on backorder for a few weeks. Their website never changes to reflect that and continues to say the product is available. If you look through the site, everything is in stock! Just how big of a warehouse do they have? I have yet to hear any responses to my emails. Bad service. Dishonest company.

I ordered a few large furniture items thru multiple purchases. Was very nervous ordering furniture online, and never ordered anything this big before without seeing it irst. We first purchased a guest bedroom set. Was delivered in just a few days, no assembly required, and it was beautiful. Thought about keeping this for our master bedroom, but then we found another set. Ordered that one, and payed a little more for inside delivery as it was a very heavy set from Liberty Furniture. Absolutely gorgeous! Excellent experience all around.
