My order faster than expected, was packaged safely so that there were no concerns about damages, and the product was exactly what I was expecting to receive.

This is one of the best new sites around. Beautifully put together. Quality and savings are outstanding. The shipping is very fast. I also like the way the site works and especially the checkout process. It is very streamlined and different and much easier.

I ordered a living room sectional and was delivered in less than 2 weeks. Quality and comfort are amazing!

Another example of exeptional customer service! I did receive one piece with missing parts due to shipping from US to Canada, BUT the issue was resolved immediately and successfully leaving me a happy customer.

Their furniture section is to die for! And even with shipping and border fees still cheaper to buy from HCC than any less original furniture in Canada. Despite small shipping hiccups I had with my orders I still go back and would highly recommend!

Ordered a desk... paid for a desk... received shipping information, two weeks went by and nothing had come... called shipper and they had no record of any shipment being placed to them for me... told me this has happened before... called Home Cinema Center... human answered phone, said he couldn't help me... suggested I try again tomorrow. I asked if Home Cinema Center was a real business, as I was worried because the tracing number they had given me wasn't even close to the type the shipper used... he hung up. I'll update this post and the ones I leave on yelp, etc... if and when this gets resolved.

This company or its representative is horrible. I'd just mad a purchase less than an hour ago. I thought I was purchasing a piece of a sectional. It did not specify on the site. When I called to inquire and found out that I actually purchased a photograph I asked to cancel the order. Why in the hell would I buy a photo for $80 bucks? A photo of a couch! Needles to say when I asked for a refund I was hung up on. Continued to call and had my calls ignored. Then after calling several time, (wait for it)... They blocked my number. How effing rude and unprofessional? This company has NOT heard the last of me. Customer sucks $#*!!

They are a excellent company to do business with. I have bought from them for over 5 yrs. And never had a problem with a return or damaged item. My last purchase was no exception. Always helpful customer service waiting to help in any way they can. I love this company and will always do business with them! Thank-You

I absolutely love the piece and it fits into where I planned perfectly! It is such a pretty and unique piece. It was also packed so well that it was almost difficult to get out of the box. Even nicer than I had imagined!

I have ordered other items from HCC and have always been satisfied. This was no exception. The order shipped within a day of placing it on line and I received the item 5 days later.
The item looked like it should and was just what I had expected. My husband loves our new sofa set and the fact we saved hundreds from local stores.

Holy cow! As a former Amazon devotee, I was hesitant to order from an unknown (for me) vendor. Yet Amazon did not carry the sofa set my wife had been asking for all year for her birthday, so I ordered from HCC (they had the item at the lowest cost of any vendor). When received there was i cracked foot on the chair. Customer service requested email. Fine... I received an almost immediate email back from customer service. I was asked to photograph the damaged foot and email a picture. Got it delivered within days.

For someone who doesn't like change and who has serious trust issues, HCC has completely won me over. And my wifes dream birthday present wound up not being a bust after all.

It took me several tries to log on - said I had registered before & had a password but then wouldn't let me access it. However once I got on everything was tremendous. My purchase shipped the next day and arrived 3 days earlier than initially stated. My husband loves his new theater seating & I am impressed with service. If every transaction goes as smoothly I will definitely use the site again.

I am a new customer and ordered a recliner it took 7 days to process and then it says back order be ready to ship in 10 days thats almost a month before i get my furniture. They dont return calls or enails worst customer service i have received. I think they should not list items that they say are in stock when they are not. They need better inventory and shipping help.
