I ordered a sofa set and had this delivered in just a week! Customer service as great with taking my order and provided shipping details. The delivery company took off the truck and brought right into my house.
All of my family and freinds are amazed at the quality and deal I got! I will be shopping here to fill up the rest of my house soon!
Our 16 year old daughter was absolutely thrilled with the bedroom set that we purchased. She has nothing but good things to say about her new bedroom set. She LOVES IT!
I had me purchase in 3 days. The packaging was sturdy and protected the wooden table/chairs. Unpacking was extremely easy and quick with everything already assembled.

I purchased a bunk bed for my kids from this website. Delivery was quick and I was excited to put the beds together. The weekend came and when we went to assemble the bunk beds my husband notice the head board was faulty and had come apart. Because we paid so much for the bunk beds I told my husband not to do anything more until I contacted the company.
When the company contacted me back this was their reply:
We have received your claim. It appears the top board on your headboard separated when you lifted/pulled this out of the box. You can correct this by pressing it back together and applying a very small amount of wood glue. Total remedy time is 2-5 minutes. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know.
I'm sure most people would understand my disappointment, as my husband nor I ever "lifted" anything out of the box (we would seriously have to be 10 feet tall for that to work). I responded with:
My apologies for not explaining to you that we, at no point, needed to lift/pull the product out of the box, as we open the box so the whole product was showing (I can send you pictures if you'd like, as this product is STILL in my front room, in the same condition as I opened it.). The headboard is defective and I did not purchase a defective bed; instead I paid for a new/undamaged bed. Your remedy is not acceptable, as there is no guarantee that it will work/stay together. Also, your remedy time of 2-5 is moot, considering that you are not taking dry time or your response time into consideration.
Let's try this again, this time please offer me a solution, one of which you would be willing to accept if you were in my shoes.
Unfortunately that was on 3/16/16 and I have yet to hear back from them. I am using Paypal Resolution Center to speed up the process, but that can take up to 90 days.:/

The Neo Renaissance by ACME Furniture was on this site listed at $1989. 00 for a long time. I wanted to be able to see more pictures so
I could hopefully get a real feel of the color. Finally got to see some of the other pieces in the entire bedroom suite. It is a very nice cherry color with a slight distress applied all over and a little more in the curves and lines. Then HCC had a sale and made me take the leap.
They also did free shipping on the entire bedroom set which was amazing. This showed up in 10 very large boxes and driver took off and placed in my house. Perfect furniture and delivered in just a week
Products are very nice and true to what is said or written about them. Colors are what they appear to be - very nice and help staff is verify helpful.
Great selection on all types of furniture. We recently bought a living room set which was delivered in record time. The local stores were telling us 8 weeks. We received it in 10 days. Exactly what we were looking for and the furniture is sooo. Comfortable. I cant wait for our next purchase!
I order twice and never had problem and their products are what i'm always looking for. Our first order was for a living room sectioanl and table set. Came in before expectations and love it.
Our 2nd order was for a bedroom set. They accidentally shipped us an additional night stand. We had the space for it, so they let us keep that for 1/2 the price. Exceed our expectation evcery time. Great store
Do not buy from this online store. While their pricing is good, their service is terrible. They shipped me one of six chairs incorrectly. Spent two months trying to work out their shipping departments error. Their customer service person was the most miserable person I have ever dealt with. I gave up after two months and will live with five chairs in my theater room. You not buying from them is the only satisfaction I can get.
Will definitely order again! Please keep the free shipping all the time and I will purchase every week!
I so enjoy shopping HCC. I can usually find what I am looking for. More often than not I find what I wasn't looking for.
With so many choices you can't go wrong. So far the quality of everything purchased has been excellent. All items have been received in great condition. Shipping has been fast.
