Looked@ a console table on the site. Knew I wanted to put some AD/VD equipment on the lower shelf, but not sure if could support the weight. Called C. S. and asked if they knew. Nice lady said she didn't know but would check with mfg. 5 or so minutes on hold, she got the answer. Placed order arrived a day passed expected delivery date - 8 days instead of 7... Seriously, this is so not an issue. But there was an essential part missing as per diagram, for assembly. BF was assembling, as that's what good BF's do. Called Sunday(yes C. S. is there in Sunday), had the missed part FedEx'd in my hand on Tuesday.

No comparison! These sturdy, Catnapper recliners exceeded expectations! The quality construction has the imports beat, hands-down. I chose a couple of the cloud 12 chairs. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces.

The price was a little higher than the imports I checked out, but the value--again, there's ""no comparison."" Thank you, HCC If it had not been for you, I would not have found this! You were helpful in answering my questions ahead of time, making it easy to do so and delivering answers quickly.

Another example of exeptional customer service! I did recieve 1 piece a few days later due to shipping from US to Canada, BUT EVERY time the issue was resolved immediately and successfully leaving me a happy customer.

Their sectionals are to die for! And even with shipping and border fees still cheaper to buy from HCC than any less original furniture in Canada. Despite few shipping hiccups I had with my orders I still go back and would highly recommend!

Home Cinema is amazing and they have great stuff,. So far I have been very pleased not only with the merchandise, but also with the delivery dates. They give a date when you are going to receive it and it is delivered that day. They also send a confirmation on all the items you order, and the order number so that you may track it, and I think that is great.

I recommend this site to everyone who likes a deal, and so far I am a satisfied customer.

The folks at HCC went out of their way to help me with my purchase.
Because I was using money from a grant, I had to send a cashier's check which made it hard to use a coupon code since they expire in only a few days. They held my check until a new code was available and then applied that. They saved me nearly $200 by doing this.

They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a direct phone number to call my rep if I needed anything.

I also really liked the shipping company they used, Estes. The delivery man took the time to put the pallet somewhere safe and out of the weather and was very nice about the extra work.
You can't beat their free shipping either. Saved me lots of money and when you are on a limited income, every dollar counts.

Furniture looks very well made.

Don't believe this fake reviews saying they are Great and all that bologna! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's basically one guy working out of his basement, "Kelly". I bought a Boden 7-piece recliner set with a supposed 1 year warranty. Within a few months one of the recliners stopped working and can't be closed. I've been hounding them for about almost 2 months and get no real answer. Now "Kelly" decided to take away the "1 year manufacturer warranty" and turn it into a 30 day. This "company" is a joke. That guy Kelly is a hateful little man. Good luck to whoever believes those fake "5 star" reviews. Beware.
