My item was supposed to be delivered several days ago (on tracking order the estimated delivery showed 5 days ago, yet hasn't been updated since). I have contacted customer service 3 times: my email and voicemail from 5 days ago were never answered, and when I finally got someone on the phone (when I called again today) the rep was rude and said that someone would get back to me and hung up.

I think it's simply poor business practice. Very disappointed. And I still want my order to be delivered.

A great example of exceptional customer service! I did receive 1 order a few days later due to weather delay, BUT EVERY item was successfully delivered leaving me a very happy customer. Their bedroom sets are amazing quality! And even with shipping was still cheaper and faster to buy from HomeCinemaCenter. Customer Service was outstanding, and the furniture is even more beautiful in person. Absolutely in love with it Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Wendy was the best. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I had a great experience when I called into homecinemacenter. I look forward to ordering more to go with my bedroom set!
And the guys who showed up were great! They were quick and efficient with the set-up/ clean-up. They even put the floor protectors on the bottom so that my newly finished floors would stay in good condition. I tipped them accordingly. Great experience!

I've always hated going to the store and so when Internet shopping became a "thing" I was one of the early adopters. I buy almost everything I own online, even my groceries. So when I bought my first house recently, I thought I'd try shopping for my furniture online. I went to several different sites, even some well-known sites including a certainSwedish furniture maker. I initially had ordered some bookcases first with this company, and it arrived. Unfortunately, when I was trying to put the shelved together, it turns out there were no screws included with my package. I called up their customer service and they arrived over nighted from the company. So I later searched and found a nice platform bed, and I thought I might as well spend a little more and get the set. I finally got my new bed (and bought a mattress as well) and loved it. Two great experience's with HomeCinemaCenter. Thank you!

I found this company via a web search. I was purchasing a birthday present for my son who asked for a recliner with a built in table like at the movies.

I found a great one at a great price and promptly ordered.

The next day, however, I received an email that "brown" was not an available color (even though the website allowed that choice). I replied but got no response to my email, so I called back 3 days later. I wasn't even sure I had the right number because the person who answered didn't even identify himself. Honestly, I got the impression he was annoyed to even get a call. I told him why I was calling and I asked if, since I was having to settle for black instead of brown, if they could work something out on the $89 shipping cost. He said no. He asked me "do I want it or not?"
Since my son was already expecting this (I had shown him a picture on his actual birthday since I knew it would take some time to arrive), I went ahead and said ok, but I already wasn't inclined to do any further business with this company.

So, the order was confirmed in black, and I thought that was it.

Except two days later, I got another email:
"The item you have ordered is on extended backorder, and we do not anticipate having this in stock for at least the next 45 days. We have canceled your order and refunded your payment. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused."

So, now I have nothing to show for the trouble, and I am very disappointed in this company, their lack of friendliness, and their inability to take and fulfill what should have been a simple order.

I would not recommend them at all.

I ordered a dining room table set from homecinemacenter.com. This arrived with very fast delivery. Both table and chairs looked just as they appeared on the website and were very easy to assemble. Beautiful

Since I gave a birth to my lovely baby-girl my husband and I don't really have time and strength to go out somewhere. But we both understand that it is also important to spend time together only two of us. So we found a solution for at HomeCinemaCenter. We ordered two comfortable theatre chairs and transformed our living room we cherish in a small cinema hall. So sometimes when our little daughter is taking a nap for an hour or so we can relax and watch some movie. The chairs are really very comfortable. The service is good, everything arrived in time and well-packed.

These Catnapper recliners exceeded all of my expectations! The quality construction has the imports beat, hands-down. I chose a couple of the larkin power chairs. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces. The price was better than the local stores I checked out, and the value over imports was unbeatable. Home Cinema Center was very helpful in answering my questions ahead of time, making it easy to do so and delivering answers quickly. Thanks!
