Everything went very smoothly and I really appreciated all of the timely email updates from Kelly regarding the status of my order.The furniture is lovely and fits our room perfectly.

The only constructive feedback was when the delivery company called and spoke with my husband they told him it was ready for delivery the next day and he felt as through that was his only option.

We were able to make it work but it might be nicer to be offered a range of dates for delivery. But around the holidays I completely understand. Any they were amazing with the delivery. Highly professional, quick, and very polite.

At 8:45pm my wife and I searched and found a dinning room set we liked based on the image on the website but the description and list in the cart was different. I raised my concern with HomeCinemaCenter and spoke with Amanda who indicated everything was actually correct. Anyway, she assisted me in placing my order by phone. Just a few days later my beautiful dining set showed up and just in time for the holidays. Thank you Amanda for being customer focused and very professional.

I didn't even know customer service could be this terrible! Made an order, was told days later that the item was discontinued, called to talk with customer service and let's just say I will never ever be recommending this company, even to my worst enemy! Oh and the item in question is available at many other companies!

She was quite helpful and set my mind at ease about the delivery dates and walked me through the process. Employees like her, friendly, customer and service oriented are the ones that make a company great. Thank you so much Amy. Exceptional customer service! I did receive one piece with missing screws due to shipping. But customer service had the parts over nighted to me. And the issue was resolved immediately and successfully leaving me a happy customer. Their dining table set is beautiful And even with shipping fees still cheaper to buy from HCC than store in my area. The ordering process was simple, customer service amazing, and delivery crew impeccable. I cannot say enough. Will be back again for sure!

We looked at furniture in the stores, found what we wanted and ordered it from homecinemacenter for a substantial savings. We were very surprised when they notified us so quickly to set up a delivery date. It arrived right on time, in perfect condition and was set up in our home. Customer service responds to me within just hours, and their delivery people are incredible. I'm looking forward to doing over my main house and can't wait! We were very pleased with the entire process and will definitely be ordering again!

Our 13 year old loveseat recliner needed to be replaced. I searched all the local stores and the usual online furniture sites. Everything I found was way more than I wanted to spend. Then I found HomeCinemaCentert. I found the loveseat recliner that I wanted and for a good price. Shipping was very reasonable considering it came all the way across the US. the company kept me up to date by email.

I've ordered several large furniture items from homecinemacenter. I can honestly say - I love this site. It's one stop shoppingThere are some very unique as well as common items both decorative and decisively practical. Shipping is outstanding and I have been very satisfied with the quality of my purchases. I have contacted customer service dept on occasion for advice and shipping details and they have been outstanding.

The shipping people they use are amazing and been great with placing furniture in the rooms and moving around to try different decorating ideas.

I'm looking forward to my next room to do a makeover to. Thank you!

This is the 1st time I have ordered from homecinemacenter. Great experience in shopping and orderingEnjoying the whole experience shopping on line after looking and coming back to the web site. Was a very easy experience placing the order and enjoyed the reviews not on the item ordered but other items I looked at. Will definitely use this site again. Ordered a piece of furniture from this company online. Was supposed to receive it before Thanksgiving and the shipping company they contracted with said their truck broke down and couldn't deliver. Six days go by and they finally deliver the box. The box had a 2' rip down the side and it caught my attention. Upon further inspection the furniture had a hole punched in the side. The item never made it off the truck and was returned to shipping co. I signed paperwork damaged, not recd. Tried contacting HomeCinemaCenter.com, left a message on a voicemail, John, hung up on my wife when she was trying to explain what happened, he also hung up on me today when I tried to call (also continued to speak over me while I tried to explain I wanted a refund for nondelivery). We will be doing a charge back from our CC company ASAP. There are plenty of other retailers online that provide excellent customer service, stand behind their products and value their reputation. DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER if the last three items are important to you.

I love my new, Catnapper recliners, and they have exceeded my expectations! The quality construction has the imports and Lane beat, hands-down. I chose the Larkin recliners. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces. The price was a amazing as well and beat all of the local store that I checked out. And the value--again, there's "no comparison." If it had not been for HomeCinemaCenter I would not have found this! You were helpful in answering my questions ahead of time, making it easy to do so and delivering answers quickly. Thank you!

Very Nice stuff delivered very fast. Love the look and the speed at which it was delivered. Very handy resource for furniture, especially with a big family and a new house. I live in Jersey and I guess they are in the Carolinas, but the speed of delivery is astonishing. It's a big plus! Maybe I'm lucky that the items are in stock and I'm not far, I guess from the main warehouse... My dining set showed up in 10 very large boxes and driver took off and placed in my house. Perfect furniture and delivered in just a week!

The service is impeccable. I was a little worried about buying such a big ticket item online. Mike and the team at homecinemacenter kept me informed every step of the way. I knew when the furniture left the warehouse. I had the phone number of the local delivery service accepting the furniture and was called about the delivery date. The delivery itself was awesome. They unwrapped, took tags off and placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I've already recommended them to friends.
